I’m genuinely amazed by the experience I had at this place! Vicki was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so personable. She really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. My mom and I booked the 90-minute package and had a blast trying out the head spa. We left feeling completely relaxed, happy, and refreshed. My mom had a few special requests for her massage, and Vicki went above and beyond to accommodate them, all while still charging us the regular price, which was so kind. The prices are very reasonable, and I appreciated that there was no pressure when it came time to pay. They even stayed open late to make sure we had a complete experience without feeling rushed. The space itself is clean, quiet, and offers a wide range of services. I highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely be back!

I had head spa experiences in the past but OMG! This place is so dirty! This is a scam for tourists because they don't expect you to come back again. We paid over $200 for head spa, and it was in a basement with no air flow at all. The basement smells damp, including the massage bed and the towel on my face! All the towels were reused. The head massage was torture, lying on the smelly bed, covered with a smelly towel. The 60 minutes head massage was no real massage, just washing my hair twice. The shampoo they showed is Kerastase but the feeling and the smell is not Kerastase because I use Kerastase daily, and my scalp felt irritating from their shampoo. They didn't even have enough space for blow drying, so I had to lie on the massage bed to blow dry my hair. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TO GET SCAME!!!!

Hidden gem in Belltown! This place is one of a kind in this area. I’m a big fan of head spa and so glad we finally have one near where I live. Vicki and Amy are super nice and professional. The head spa also comes with head and neck message which really helps me unwind after a busy day. I recommend the Asian herb head spa if you are into herbs like me. Writing this review after my second visit - I would keep coming back for head spas and messages! The ambience is relaxing and calm. There’s a mini snack&fruit bar near the entrance.

This place is such a gem for both individual and couple massages!

I've been here twice already. The first time, I came for a couple's head spa, and since then, it's become my go-to massage spot! The scalp and neck massage, followed by the warm hair wash, felt incredible and gave us amazing stress relief.

I came back a second time for a body tension relief massage. I have chronic discomfort on one side of my neck and shoulder from years of sitting at the computer. I’ve tried various massage tools and therapists, but none have been as effective as Vicki and Amy's techniques.

In these two sessions, both therapists were able to immediately identify the knots in my muscles and did an incredible job releasing the tension. Since then, my sleep has improved as well. Thank you Vicki and Amy, I’ll definitely...
