INDNON Cafe & Bistro — Restaurant in Seattle

We stopped by for lunch and we’re so glad we did! This new cafe is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any photos but we ordered the build your own salad bowl with falafel and sandwich with harissa chicken. The falafel was very crispy and flavorful. The harissa chicken was tender. The grilled veggies were also great. We’ll definitely be back to try out more of their menu.

I come here about once a week since they have opened. The hot coffees are perfectly frothed and delicious. The lattes taste like flat whites and the mochas are the best I’ve ever had.

I like to get the build your own bowl and I get the beef EVERY-TIME. The beef is so tender. It reminds me of some of my favorite lamb dishes.

This place is great man! You won't be disappointed. Most Indian fusion places are just Indian food. here they have some unique dishes that taste absolutely great. Pav bhaji tater tots, kale chaat, samosa croissant are my favorites. the paneer tikka wrap is great too.
