In previous times I have said nothing but nice and positive things about this place. now here's the truth. every single time I have ordered from this place they have gotten something wrong. In plain English in the descriptions and order notes I have always been clear about what I am asking for when I order from this company. every single time something has gone wrong. whether I ordered the meal deal and they forget my soda all together, I let that go. I order the same meal and they get my pizza wrong and I let that go. A few times other items have been wrong within my order and I let that go. today I will not let it go instead of immediately being attended to when I call them on a mistake a gentleman proceeds to argue with me and tell me how I am wrong when I have never ordered anything outside of what I normally order. I have ordered from this place a lot and I mean a lot. They are better than most delivery pizza places out there, I can guarantee that but to be argued with by staff and to have let go of all the times they get something wrong, I'm just not going to let them have a pass this time. I'll give them the fact that they are accessible both physically and financially. I will give them the fact that they have delivered on time 8 out of 10 times but do not argue with your customers and tell them that they are wrong when they have never changed their order ever.

This is going to be seen all over the internet and they're going to know that you do not have a perfect track record like I have been touting. every single order I've ever gotten has had some sort of mistake and I have not called to have that rectified more than once and now this time. You did this to yourselves. until they fix their staffing and the way that they want to speak to their customers and not take ownership over their mistakes. Do not order from this place. Do not get delivery from this place. You will regret it. You will be treated like human garbage. You will be argued with by staff because they don't want to admit that they did not read the notes or call me to clarify my order like they say they will. They will blame you the customer and that is not the type of business We want in Seattle. So now I hope this review finds you joy and I hope that this review paints a more honest picture of this business versus screaming how great you are to the mountaintops. I'm no longer going to sit here and grin and bear the mistreatment. Go order from any other pizza place even Domino's would...

Let me start by saying this is one of the best pizza places that also serves other food options and DELIVERS for a reasonable price.

I had a large two topping pizza with a special instruction to have a pesto versus a marinara base. That was followed And of course it was delicious, It always is. I will say I think that having a pesto base as a selectable option upon ordering would be fantastic.

I ordered my usual wings and also added a special instruction to have the barbecue sauce on the side instead of on the wings. That instruction was followed but again I think a plain wing option upon ordering would come in clutch.

Their pork riblets are incredibly tasty and tender and I hope they never change what they are doing with those. So good each and every time I have ordered them.

The fries that you get from them are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside delivering just the right texture that you would want from a fry.

(Not sure why I received four cans of soda 48oz in lieu of the 2 Liter I was supposed to receive in my order but that's okay.)

I do recommend ordering through the site as it is the most seamless and stress free way to get great food delivered. Calling them can be a bit tricky for various reasons so only do that if you really have to. Make sure your written instructions are short and concise if you need to put anything special on the order. This will mitigate any confusion when they are making the order.

Overall, this is a great place and I highly recommend not only getting food delivered from them but going to their establishment (which is really accessible) and dining in. The bartenders that run the bar are very awesome.

RACIST. I went there 2 something AM last night sunday 08/18/24. Just landed in seattle had a duffle bag with me. Wanted to get something to eat cause it says they close at 3am. All of a sudden this white male employee comes to tell me they’re closing early and takes my menu. I acknowledge him and sit there just so i can google another open spot. Not even 2 minutes passed. 45secs-1 minute later the male employee comes to tell me I have to get out. MIND YOU ,there were about 6 people at the bar still laughing and eating, so I asked him why do I have to leave immediately while they get to finish up and laugh? Also informed him I was just looking up another place to eat and i’d leave in literally a minute. He said he doesn’t care and the people at the bar were leaving soon, but I have to get out. I was the ONLY black person in that restaurant. Either he was racist or thought i was homeless (due to my duffle bag from my flight) but i’m 99% he was racist.
