This place is amazing. A lot of souvenir and good prices. I bought everything that I needed. The only reason why that I’m not giving the 5 start it’s because of the customer services. I went to pay and there were two cashiers. Apparently, one of them it wasn’t cashier but I didn’t know. I said “Hi” and the only replied was “line it’s over there”. Then I went with the other cashier after the first costumer left and the same mood with her. I got just a “Hi”. “It’s 94 dollars”, “Have a good day”. The last one sounded like “please get out here”. I don’t expect a great services because it’s only a souvenir shop but I think the last place that you expect for bad service it’s this kind of commerce. Pathetic place, pathetic customer service. My 2 yr old toddler was softly touching few hangers kept on a rack in a corner. I was making sure he doesn't disarrange them or anything. One lady with colored hair and a mask on, came to us like we were stealing something and told me to not let him touch those. She was super rude. My husband, sister, brother in law everyone was shopping there while I was taking care of my toddler. Those hangers didn't have any diamonds on them for us to be treated this way. How else should mothers take care of toddlers or do such people think that parents with toddlers should not enter their shop? If u r frustrated with ur job don't take it out...

Yesterday (Nov 9th) My husband went to the store at 7.20 pm. For a busy schedule we couldn't go to the store any sooner, and it was our last day in USA (we're from Chile). It supposed to close by 7.30 but when my husband arrived (7.20 pm) the store was closed with a single employee eating noodles in the middle of the store.
