I purchased a pair of shoes while visiting Seattle from the east coast. Michael was kind enough to offer to ship them to me at no cost. A week later when they had not arrived I sent an email to ask if there was tracking information available. After two telephone calls and a second email I did receive a call with the information. The shoes arrived two weeks later. They were a bit tight when I tried them on but Michael assured me the material (pony) would stretch. The shoes are really too tight. I emailed to inquire about the possibility of returning the shoes. Michael emailed me back that he checked with the factory and they had a size larger.
