No longer has security, at least when I went a week or two ago. Strange move considering all the people who like to follow customers inside and harass them for money or to buy them weed, even stranger when you realize two other pot shops located right next to their stores have been hit with robberies over the past couple months. (Worth noting they’re right next to places like The Reef and Ruckus as whats definitely SEEMS like an attempt to drown out their businesses because they’re just the walmart of bad weed trying to kill off anyone smaller than them) But somehow they haven’t been hit with a robbery since 2021?(per their own list they keep of every pot shops robbery that takes place in the county)

I was harassed myself at this location inside the store trying to use the ATM. No security around to do anything. The budtenders just watched, then when the guy finally left the budtender said “Yeah good thing you didn’t give him anything, it’s illegal anyways.” Acknowledging he had watched the whole thing and did nothing. When I asked if I should be worried about the guy waiting for me outside the budtender just shrugged and said “Well, y’know, keep your head down as you leave”

I’ve never had problems like that at The Reef or at Ruckus. In fact the only problem I have at Ruckus is the Uncle Ike’s parking lot directly across from them that specifically says “no parking for Ruckus customers, you will be towed!” Uncle Ike’s is so on top of them that Ruckus’s windows look out into this parking lot.

This place is shady as hell. The owner (allegedly) has crazy accusations going back all the way to the late 80’s and has been cutthroat towards numerous other businesses and the greater community as a whole forever. (But I’m SURE all their competitors getting targeted in robberies while they skate by without security is totally unrelated, super random happenstance, definitely.)

I feel bad for ever giving them my business. Do not shop here. And feel free to do your own research if...

This was my first dispensary and I used to love coming here. I came in with a friend on 4/19 and the bud tender was so rude to us we were shocked. I really thought about what to do about this interaction but i’m still bothered about it a week later. I’m going to be specific so you know who you are. I asked for Sativa dominant flower. He asked we give him a price point for how much we were willing to spend which we were like whatever is fine. He then demanded a price point which … sales 101, if the customer doesn’t care just upsell… it’s weed dude we’re not buying a car. Again, we asked for a mostly sativa blend and he brought us 4 different bud, all were indica dominant. Like 90/10. Okay, maybe I misspoke maybe he made a mistake, not a big deal. However, we then asked for Sativa again, to which he replied that it doesn’t matter and none of it is true…. which what? I then had to request AGAIN a sativa dominant blend. He rolled his eyes and grabbed it. At this point he was really annoyed with us. He then criticized us for looking up his recommendations on leafly. (as if we were going to take his word after he didn’t think sativa and indica had any different effects). & then stated not once but THREE times how inconsistent it is and how it isn’t real after we continued to do it. He was annoyed and short with us the entire time. I regret buying weed from him because I definitely don’t want whatever he is smoking. Truly the most awkward customer experience i’ve had and I am so glad that I wasn’t a new user because he was mansplaining information that isn’t...

I love this store except for the times I order online and there’s issues with placing my order, and I go there and ask to add other products because I’m not able to get the app to add my other products, and some lady who claims she is the manager starts berating me about adding to my order! I asked her if she is mad because I’m buying more, and she said that I’m distracting her from helping others! (There was only one person besides me in the store and they were being helped!) I asked her why she was being so rude, I’m only buying more stuff the website wouldn’t let me add, and she just continues to be rude and condescending. I’ve never known a manager to act like that especially when I was only trying to buy more products. She tells me in the most rude way that I should have gotten into the regular line, excuse me for NOT knowing that, and no thanks to her for letting me know in the most uncustomer service way with her rude mean self! I’m tired of mean rude people and I don’t deserve to be treated like that when I only wanted to spend more money! Her name is Marisa, and if you go there avoid her like the plague! She will...

I tend to be traditional and like to be greeted by the shopkeepers when I enter or am standing in line, and there's a quick moment for them to say hello or wave. I understand that's not always possible but when I was making my purchase, there were instances the cashier but particularly the manager was doing something on my transaction, barely spoke two words to me in the same amount of times he had to use the computer. Understandably, I did not give a tip. Sure, they've got great selection and their prices are similar to other stores and they scan your ID which they insist is not being put in a database. Anytime an ID is scanned, it's databased. Literally, the product identification numbers, transaction number are printed on the receipt next to your name I'd recommend other pot shops that have a more welcoming environment but I do understand as this is Seattle and that isn't the norm except in the stores that personify customer service who also don't scan your ID claiming it's mandatory; it's not. I'm thankful for my local pot shop.

I’ve never seen this in my seven years of being a medical cannabis patient. You can buy a strain by the same man same brand, with a different grower. Every time I buy from here the weed is so bad it’s insane. I’ll go right down the street and spend less money on the same brand same strand and weed is 10 times better at Shawn kemp’s. The staff is fine. The location is fine but the weed selection is over priced and made to look like other dispensary weed. I can’t believe I’m even writing this review because it seems so crazy but you have to watch out these guys are cutting corners. Don’t shop here unless have to. I took this photograph the 2 small mugs by my index finger from Shawn kemps the big nug on the bottom is from Ike’s. Shawn kemps is 140$ oz Ike’s is 300$ oz.
