My partner was looking to buy a bracelet and frankly they have the nicest looking bracelets we had seen in Sedona.
After settling on a bracelet, we were told it was $2,500 and we asked for some time to think about it. The price immediately came down to $2,000 and we reiterated we still needed to think about it. We were then asked what our price would be and we once again asked for time to think about it.
He provided his card with the $2,000 price on it and told us if we came back, to provide it and the store would honor the price he had provided. Part of the sales pitch was āā¦this was a one of a kind braceletā¦ā. It truly felt like good service and he was working hard for us to close on a unique piece. We left the store to think more about the bracelet and whether it was āright for my partnerā.
I then decided to look on their website to check the reviews (which are great btw) and there was no website on his card. I googled and found the website and then looked under Native American Jewelry, Bracelets. I was gobsmacked as the identical bracelet to the one we had just looked at was on the website at a regular price of $1300, discounted to $850. When I asked about the difference, he said his fellow employee was wrong and then me chided for all the time he had spent (while no other patrons were present) showing me jewelry. As an annual visitor to Sedona and a collector of Navajo jewelry, I will avoid this shop. There are too many other stores with lovely jewelry where the employees are pleasant and I wonāt have to wonder what the actual price of an item is. My recommendation: ...

We stopped in at Indian Touch of Sedona and found the rings. We bought them for a fairly reasonable price and went on to have a wonderful time in Sedona.
5 months later two of the stones in my ring have simply fallen out. They were said to have been designed and made by the local Navajo tribe, but Iām guessing that was misleading information.
5 months, thatās the life span of a piece of jewelry that you buy at Touch of Sedona. What was a piece of jewelry that everyone complimented is now an eyesore. In 5 months. Itās...
