I purchased two magnets as gifts for friends and upon arriving home and removing the price stickers that were put over the magnet parts I realized the magnets were chipped. Unfortunately since I had already flown home I was unable to go back to the store for a refund, I tried to email the merchant however the email bounced back and was pretty much invalid. Very disappointed this place is selling damaged goods and does not have a valid email in which we can reach out to them with concerns. Also beware, by using credit card youre charged a 3% surcharge, which was unusual as I’ve never had this issue in other shops in Arizona. Wish the merchant would make that more clear when I presented to pay by card. Anyways, I wouldn’t come back anymore, the items were expensive for what it is, and the quality clearly lacking.
1/24 update: I reached out to the business with their recently updated email address and awaiting their reply, I hope to get my refund for the damaged goods.
UPDATE: the owners refused to refund me for the broken magnets and instead blamed the damage on me, and provided false information to my credit card company when I disputed the charge. I asked them to prove to us via surveillance video that they removed the price sticker prior to the transaction to show the magnets were intact prior to purchase; they did not. Meaning it wasn’t true. The price stickers were there the whole time and only upon removal when I returned home did I realize the magnets were damaged. Also they asked ME to send the magnets back for replacement (I don’t live in AZ) when it was their fault they sold me damaged goods, and even wanted me to pay 10 cents a piece to fix the broken magnetic pieces. Wow.. greedy to the bone. Why not offer to just mail me new magnets instead?? These people aren’t customer-minded at all, they would lie to protect their own profit: every single dollar of it.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this particular shop and shop elsewhere in the area instead. I walked into some other surrounding shops, found some of the same magnets for...
Read moreMy husband pulled me in to choose between two necklaces he was eyeing for me. I chose and the salesperson asked if he made a decision kinda rudely, then came over to take it off the rack, she then placed it in a baggie and it was 35$. It wasn’t until I went to put it on a few streets down that we noticed it was a child size chain. Did not fit, and we were already blocks away. She knew it was for me, watched me choose a stone, then sold me a child’s item (a choker if I’m being generous, but those aren’t usually SS) with no mention at all. I can only assume she just wanted to mind her business was, but as a retail person myself, I’m honest with customers when something’s not right. I should have looked more closely at the chain, that’s my fault for assuming it was adult sizing. The stone is beautiful, and I’ll reset it in another chain here at home, but this was sadly the standard experience with shops in Sedona. Enjoy the nature, avoid...
Read moreTwo adults shopping for the first time at The Naja and throughout our brief (less than 5 minute) visit, the lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and nasty to a large number of people, for what seemed like no good reason. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but a number of people who were standing outside the store starting chatting about the rudeness and all said they wouldn't want to spend a dime there. Unless the lady is the owner, hopefully this review will alert the owner so something can be done. Her behavior is undoubtedly...
