My experience in this shop was wonderful. The young woman helped me find the exact piece I was looking for and was incredibly kind. It was imperative to me to find a genuine piece of native jewelry. I was born and raised in Flagstaff and have a deep appreciation and fondness for the people of the Navajo Nation. So many of these shops around claim to sell native jewelry and instead just steal designs and continue to profit from the native peoples of the land we call home. The ring from artist Calvin Begay is stunning and a truly beautiful piece of art. As a white man it is an honor to wear this piece and I will do such with only love and pride towards the native peoples of our land. To wear this jewelry is a gift not a novelty. To anyone reading, shop here. Support the artists, don’t buy knockoff junk from the other shops. -Aaron

This is the only trusted Native Jewelry store I buy from in Sedona! A lot of other stores carry fakes. This shop works very closely with and supports Indigenous Artisans and you can feel the prayer and heart in their craft. The quality is excellent - I purchased my sterling silver feather 3 years ago on my 30th, and a year prior the beautiful sterling Charoite and both are in mint condition. I am very mindful when I wear my pieces but one day I took off my feather to do yoga. Someone passing by stepped on it and it bent. I took it into the shop and the woman, Lydia, who was working that day. fixed it right up for me good as new!! I am forever grateful as this piece feels like an extension of my soul. Every time I go in to this shop the employees are so kind, helpful and respectful!

Was extremely excited to support native artists and a small business but I'm extremely disappointed in the quality, not worth the price at all! They overcharge, this place is a scam. I do not recommend buying your mementos from travel here! I bought a ring and was wearing it off and on for about two weeks following the care instructions to a T and one of the gems already fell out! They are definitely taking advantage of tourists with money to burn. I recommend going to an actual native owned shop. If you're heading to the antelope Canyon area at all, there are plenty of places. Even on the side of the road that I'd recommend instead I got a necklace from one and love it. It's doing great!

I can't really rate the quality of the merchandise so this review pertains to customer service. I went into the store shortly before closing (I was not aware they would be closing so early on a Friday night when I went in) . I was looking for a specific item I had seen the previous day. I asked for some assistance and was brushed off so I continued looking on my own. I was then told that the store was closing now. It was clear that I was not welcome to stay and purchase anything. My husband told the employee that she just lost a sale. She responded that she doesn't work overtime and really doesn't care then slammed the door. What a disservice this employee is doing to the store owners and the jewelry makers by treating customers this way. We won't be back. There are many other better choices in town for...

I found the help at this store to be rude and unprofessional. The jewelry was poorly made and broke easily. I would never shop at this store again I’m having trouble emailing the problem to you. It won’t go through. I can put the whole unprofessional embarrassing event on my google review so you can know the whole story. Let me know how you want me to handle. I’m not going to just let it all go away without posting everything that transpired.

Would like to update this review- the owners after posting a comment saying they would be glad to resolve situation sent me a rude and threatening email regarding a poorly made piece of jewelry which easily broke. They demanded that I pay close to $300 for the piece and actually sent the Sedona police after me. First and last time I will visit Sedona especially...
