Live! Spa — Local services in Severn

I love the esthetics and amenities at Live Spa. I get a massage every month. However, I am not a fan of the new management. In my opinion, some of the changes are not for the better. They cant seem to keep staff (therapists and receptionists), the turnover with therapists is not good. As soon as I find a therapist that I like, she is gone. I just found out that Katia, the receptionist is now gone and I am most upset. She always made sure to schedule me with a good therapist and gave great personal service. The handmade snacks in the lounge, that I loved with white chocolate and nuts mix, have been replaced by some cheaper Planters looking nuts that you can buy from Costco. The new Manager, although she says she has many years experience in the business, is not very personable and is a bit abrasive. I asked about the snacks and was told that the previous ones were no longer available. I think they decided to cut costs and get rid of them. Please bring them back, I'm sure you can afford them especially with the recent price increases. You have lost some really good people, and I'm disappointed but I will continue to get my 80min massage for now although prices are similar to a 5 star resort ($390), I expect that my experience should also be 5 star, but you are not...

Genuinely the BEST MASSAGE I've ever had! I can't emphasize enough how absolutely exceptional my massage experience at Live! Spa was. As someone who frequently indulges in massages, I decided to book a session right after a particularly exhausting flight, and it turned out to be the most effective and rejuvenating decision. The spa's impeccable facilities were a testament to the meticulous planning and attention to detail.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the warm and welcoming service from Brandi, who radiated sweetness and friendliness. However, the true star of the day was my massage therapist, Deja. Her hands possessed an almost magical quality, effortlessly dissolving every stubborn knot in my muscles. The ultimate proof of her skill? I actually drifted off into a peaceful slumber during the session—a rare occurrence for me during massages.

In summary, Live! Spa has set a new standard for massage therapy in my book. If you're seeking the crème de la crème of relaxation and rejuvenation, this is the place to go. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment with a resounding 10/10...

I had a facial at live spa with Taylor today who was absolutely fabulous. Highest regard to Taylor. I am a regular customer at Live Spa and up until today, i have always had a positive experience. However, the manager who I encounter named Jenna was GOD awful and her lack of leadership in handling my transaction was deployable. For this reason, I will not return to Live Casino Spa unless a worthy provision to eradicate my experience today is offered to me. I want to also add that Amber who is the receptionist is always pleasant, however, she can use more training in handling transactions. She had to call her manager Jenna to assist with an Egift card that I had reached out to Amber ahead of time to make her aware an egift card was sent to my mobile device by a dear friend and I was assured it would be no problem using my card.
