Let me start by stating this: Ask for Lucy or John. I enjoy them the best, Lucy is awesome. I started going here in 2012, but back then, they beat you up, too rough, and I like a hard massage. The one massage therapist I was seeing 11 years ago prior was located in the center walkways of the Arundel Mills Mall in front of the Samsonite luggage store near Bass Pro. Unfortunately, he became deathly ill, and the business folded. Kevin was the best, and he is missed. I pray he is healthy and doing well, but no way of ever finding out

So, I started going back to Natural Relaxation. They have improved a lot. Years ago, these massage mall therapists would beat you up, yet they improved and became more attentive and aware. They all seemed to have learned a new technique approximately at that same time. I eventually found Lucy, and she is awesome, almost as good as Kevin. I also found John when Lucy went back home to China for a couple of months. He is excellent as well.

I have never been forced to tip 30%, so I'm not sure where folks are getting that from, nor have I ever received attitude. The folks there are hard working and very accommodating. We are asked if we want to add gratuity if we pay by credit card before they run the card. But I have never been told what to tip. I am asked how much to tip. Again, this comes from a regular who has known this...

Have been going to this location off and on for years. The customer service is completely awful now. Went in for massage today. I told the gentleman I wanted my neck worked on. He didnt even get to my neck until the last minute. The worst part was the customer beside me had his cell phone alarm going off almost my entire massage. I asked them to tell him to turn it off and they looked at me like I was crazy. After it continued on, I asked them to check on the customer because something was clearly wrong that he hadn't turned it off. It was then the alarm was turned off. When I went to pay for this below average massage, the man almost doubled the tip amount I said I would pay (when a tip wasn't even appropriate). He told me it was a credit card machine error and offered to run it again. No. Never again. My neck still hurts and I have a headache from the nonstop alarm. I love coming here when We are on vacation but today it was not good I had a man very tough and did not massage my feet or arms did my back and neck most times just rolling his body weight on me and talked the entire time above my head to other workers. He also appeared sick as he continued to cough and clear his throat upon checking out I knew I was not happy and was going to pay the 40.00 but he pretended not to understand English as I put 5.00 tip he took card machine away and pulled out the calculator and did 2% into it showing it would be 8.00 I then zero it out and put 5.00 he then again brought calculated out and my husband was like ok and did the 8.00 then he charged fee for using card .
