Awful experience not once but twice. Waited almost an hour for the manager, Tommy to come out of an interview. Well what a shock when he comes back into the store, he’s alone. Okay so you left the person in the back or what?? No, you just weren’t in the store at all. The other employee shouldn’t be left alone if he can’t take care of all aspects of customer service. We decided to still buy another pair of glasses. Went to return them today because i didn’t like them, it’s Friday at 620pm and the gates are closed. Yet again, the same manager said, oh we shut our registers down and decided to close until tomorrow morning. No reason for it at all. I’m waiting on a response from cooperate this time and I’ll still be returning the glasses but I definetly won’t be buying new ones from...
Read moreSo I've been a fan of Oakley sunglasses for yearssss. Now I purchased a pair of snow goggles threw them and upon opening them there's a film on the inside of the lense that has to be removed. What they don't tell you is you have to be super careful removing the film. My pair had a ripped pull strip on the film so I had to remove it with my finger nail. What I didn't know what that under that first layer of film was another layer that can easily be scraped while trying to remove the protective film. So now I have a pair of 180 dollar scratched unused goggles. Called to try a resolution and was told no film was ever in the lense..... smh very disappointed with Oakley customer service probably won't ever buy...
Read moreLast time I was at Oakley there were some immature children in there and they didn’t quite care if there was a sale or not. Today I got Edward who told me his normal store is in the national harbor I believe. Very nice dude. Listened to my needs. Cared about the sale and was knowledgeable on all 3 shades I was looking at plus lenses for my current glasses. He also cleaned everything, let me see if it was to my standards, cleaned it again, until I gave him my okay. He went above and beyond. I accidentally got the wrong lenses for one pair, he quickly swapped them out for me. Customer service really does paint a perspective, todays was great.
