We met a store manager here by the name of Kisha and our experience was terrible.

We passed by this store and noticed the sale signs, promoting a $10 deal for three used Blu-rays. I searched every rack for an hour, searching for the best options. At the checkout line, Clifton informed me that the only Blu-ray’s that were a part of this deal were located in the bins.

Behind him, sitting on the counter, was Ms. Kisha. She confirmed. We pointed out that the sign didn’t mention this to which Ms. Kisha visibly became upset. Her tone was condescending and unapologetic. And hey, I get it, customers can be extremely rude and pull off a Karen, but we never did any of that. We spent so much time in her store and never at one point did anyone check on us. Her behavior was uncalled for. I have contacted her supervisors to have this looked into.

for the past few years, this store has gone downhill. I was not greeted when I came into the store or asked if I could be helped. the selection was abysmal and not in very good order, plus some movies that are years old, the price is the same when the movie came out on disk. when I went up to the counter, the employees were talking amongst themselves, and took a bit for someone to ask if I was ready to check out. then I was not allowed to use my pay app on my phone (it said it directly on the machine). when I was leaving, none of the employees said thank you for coming in/shopping with fye. most definitely...

Machine at the door was beeping the whole time I shopped when anyone walked in our out. I figured it was just broken. But as we were about to walk out it beeped and two employees insisted on checking our bags. Whatever I complied thought it was going to be quick but she looked through every single item from another store bag thoroughly. All while this was happening people were walking out and the alarm was beeping. Very annoying. Also employee was very passive aggressive and rude. We did not steal anything, the person I was with even bought some items why would we steal. Never experience anything like this just...
