0 Star! Fraudulent store! They sell defective products to customers and then refuse to refund, blaming the customer for not checking properly before purchase! As a fan of the North Face brand, I was extremely disappointed with this location! On November 29, 2024, Black Friday, I purchased 6 items of clothing for a total of $440.96.On December 1st,I purchased another $381.6 in clothing.
During my second clothing purchase, I noticed that a jacket had no tags, but there was only one left in the store, a size L. When I checked out, I asked the cashier if I could return it if there were any issues with the jacket since it had no tags. She said yes and printed out a label for me, telling me to take the label and if there were any issues with the jacket, I would be allowed to return it.
I took the jacket home and noticed a peculiar smell. I checked it and realized it was someone else's return. On the morning of 12/2,I took it to return it and explained the situation. They refused my return! The reason was that I had worn it and it was stained! A woman who claimed to be a manager was very rude and told me that I did not check the condition of the jacket when I bought it, and now she would not admit that there was a problem with the jacket and would not allow me to return it! I bought it less than 24 hours ago!
She ignored me and told me that there were many customers in the store who needed to check out and she didn't want to waste her time on me. No matter what, she would not refund the money! This store sells faulty products, refuses to take responsibility, and blames the customer!
I am extremely disappointed with The North Face! The brand continues to hire such unprofessional people as managers who do not care about their customers, and I will...
Read moreI went into this store tonight with my wife, Son, and Grandson. We had a bag with us from another store. My Son sat the bag down for maybe 2 minutes. When we turned around the bag was gone. It was a finish line bag with 2 pairs of 150.00 New Balance shoes. We searched the whole store but no bag. I went to the checkout counter and asked if they had cameras, and they told me yes. I called the Anne Arundel County Police, and they came and made a report. The Police asked the manager to see the cameras and he was told that they can’t access them, but the General Manager will be in Monday, and that even he would need permission from Corporate to access the cameras. The only other person shopping in the store was an older Asian lady. I waited for the lady to come out of the store, and I asked her if she saw anything. She told me that she saw an employee of North Face, the one waiting on her, grab our bag and take it in the back room. When I was in the store I made it real clear to everyone working there that my bag was stolen. So in conclusion North Face Arundel Mills has employees that steal from paying customers. And when you try to get help they give you the run around. My family and friends will...
Read moreThe last time I shopped at this retail store was over a year ago, and as I recall, it was not located near the Ulta Beauty store. This new retail store looked and felt bigger than the previous retail store. Or was it just me? Anyway, a few weeks ago I was here to check out some backpacks and pairs of shoes. In this new retail store, do not expect to see one of those large shoe wall displays to showcase various pairs of shoes designed & made for “lifestyle,” “hiking,” and “trail running” for women and men (anytime soon). But at least, the cashier lady was courteous and smiled at every customer who paid a visit while they were strolling...
