I am absolutely furious with the appalling customer service I received at one of your outlet stores (7000 Arundel Mills Cir, Hanover, MD 21076).

I attempted to return or exchange an item I purchased just one day prior, with receipt in hand and the original tags included (though removed). Despite spending over $400 at your store that day, I was told my return was unacceptable solely because the tags were not attached. That is absurd. I have never encountered such a ridiculous and inflexible policy from any retailer.

Because of this infuriating experience, I will never shop with Vineyard again. And you can be sure I’ll be sharing this outrageous policy and poor service with everyone I know—friends, family, and anyone considering buying your products.
