Worst customer service from the OWNER of the shop.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and asked for help finding it. I told her the size I wanted and she didn’t agree with my size. I tried on the size wanted and she didn’t like how it looked on me so she gave me a 2x. I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND SHE WOULD NOT HELP ME FIND IT. She just blew me off after she handed me what she felt like I should purchase.

Needless to say, I did not buy anything and I’ll NEVER go back to the store again. I’ll tell everyone I know about...

I do wish the company would put out more Alaska mermaid items. That was my sole reason for visiting the stores in both Homer and Seward. Eight years ago, I bought my granddaughter an Alaska mermaid jacket, and she completely wore it out. For a teenager to keep a jacket about five years, it says a lot for the quality.

Wow! Just wow. Not only is the shop so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but the employees are also extremely personable. It’s like they were reading my mind… Always answering my questions before I could even ask them. Nevermind the fact that this store has almost anything you could think of! I went in for one of their infamous hoodies and left with artwork, jewelry, delicious honey, and the coolest calendar. I will definitely be coming back to AK...
