My wife and I visited this souvenir shop, and unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one of the staff member (in the picture). While my wife was browsing the sweaters, the staff member stood nearby, watching closely in a way that felt uncomfortable. When my wife decided not to purchase a sweater, she folded it back neatly and returned it to its place. Immediately after, the staff member rudely grabbed the sweater, and when my wife commented on the behavior, the staff responded dismissively with, 'Whatever.' Additionally, we noticed the staff warmly greeted other customers but did not extend the same courtesy to us when we entered. This treatment left us feeling unwelcome and singled out, which was disappointing.
