I visited the Store on April 13th morning with the intention of making a bulk purchase. I informed the manager of my plans and politely asked if I could live stream my shopping experience on Facebook. While the manager denied the request due to company policy (which I completely understand), she kindly offered a solution to take photos of the products.
Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn from there. A salesperson(blond, middle age) on the floor made my shopping trip very unpleasant. She followed me around, constantly criticizing how I handled the merchandise and demanding I put everything back perfectly as I found it after taking photos. It felt like she was accusing me of making a mess, which was simply not the case.
The salesperson's behavior was not only disrespectful but also discriminatory. I cannot help but wonder if I would have received the same treatment if I had been a regular customer shopping for a single item. Her constant negativity and condescending tone left me feeling humiliated and on the verge of tears.
Ultimately, this hostile environment forced me to leave the store without making a purchase and with all tears in my eyes.
I am a loyal Coach customer who values the brand's quality and style. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of Coach Outlet and its customer service standards.
While I appreciate the manager's courtesy, the salesperson's behavior was unacceptable and discriminatory.

I walked in and two sales associates were standing next to each other so I said hi - they both just looked at me and didn't say anything, it was very weird. I then walked up to the desk where another sales associate was at the register and said hi I'm picking up an order, she didn't even look up or greet me, completely ignored.
