The Farmers Market is awesome...when it's open. It is closed for the winter months. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's closed from November 1st through March or April. The produce is always fresh, and there are always a wide variety of organic fruit, veggies & flowers. The craft venders offer an array of beautiful & unique items. Prices are moderate to high just like everywhere else, depending on supply and demand. The venders are always polite, answer any questions & supply tips on how to cook or preserve the produce. They are also very vigilant about safe precaution...

The market is open on Saturdays, listed as 730AM, but they were open a bit before then. Double check the schedule (weather, season, etc), before visiting, but it's a must see. No dogs allowed, listed on multiple signs...for the safety of all. Each of my purchases were cash based, I didn't ask about paying with debit or credit.
