The Dolphin condo — Local services in South Padre Island

I hope this helps the next person who decides to stay here, but imagine only having two parking spots and there’s no room to park in those spots and then you can’t just park on the sidewalk or somebody’s parking spot so you do the right thing to park in the GUEST parking area , and even says to go park in the GUEST parking area to avoid towing just for your car to be towed, also sending a cleaning lady way before the checking out time because the owner was pressuring us to get out when we had an hour , and we didn’t even last to be in the pool either and not give a warning but get kicked out and get followed to your room by two men, sheisty owner so if you decide to go here ask a bunch of questions to...

Horrible experience!! The condo is disgusting mold everywhere broken patio doors broken patio furniture everything was broken! We couldn’t listen to music because the “HOA” doesn’t allow it on 4th of July! Owner is so unprofessional and rude he sent the cleaning lady 2 hrs before check out and pressured us to get out he also sent another lady to come and check up on the place both times both ladies just walked in without knocking. He tried to get us to pay for something that was already broken he stated if we didn’t pay the man doing the estimate we would be evicted...the patio grill had mold and bees inside everything was disgusting they had rats and roaches!! Was very unhappy with my stay. Yes, beach is right across but our condo was such trash. You can tell the owners don't take the time to invest in their property. Condo #5 did not have running hot water, the Ac did not work, the bed with the beach view was hard as a rock. I didn't even get the sleep the two night I was there because the bed literally was so uncomfortable. Also another thing you have a neighbor in condo #4 that is literally Karen so that sucked even more. Don't not recommend the stay here. ...
