I have took my daughter here as she had been wanting her ears pierced. She can watch her blood be drawn and doesn’t flinch for shots so I thought this would be a breeze for her. Turns out it was a different kind of pain for her but God bless the patience of Bethany today. There was just one person working so my daughter was convinced she could do one then the other. After the first one she was terrified the second one would hurt. We spent 2.5 hours trying to talk her back into getting the second one done. Bethany was patient giving her all the info and letting her hear the sound waiting for her to be ready. She never showed any frustration with my daughter’s stubbornness. I would highly recommend her for piercings. She’s patient and kind. I’m not sure my daughter would have given in and did it with anyone...

Once again the staff at Banter OVM, StC was very helpful, very professional. I was trying to find the exact replacement rope necklace I previously bought my granddaughter.
