I decided to order for lunch while I was at work I called and the girl that answered was amazing perfect phone voice great customer service and was relatable. Estimated time would be 15 minutes I asked about mall employee discount she was unsure I went down promptly 15 minutes later to pick up my food it was ready The restaurant is clean and looks nice there was not very many people in there for lunch however they're new and it was noon on a Wednesday but the music was pretty loud and there's a bunch of TV screens on a wall that don't really make sense two really big ones were just like this abstract tie-dyed looking image I believe that was connected to the music and then there was a bunch of smaller ones around and I'm not sure what was on a couple of them but they didn't seem to fit the atmosphere that the restaurant is trying to portray but that's just my opinion again the girl greeted me at the bar she apologized still was not sure about mall employee employee discount Just no big deal to me she rang me up quickly greeted me quickly gave me my food my order was Southwest blackened chicken salad with house ranch dressing substitute and a sweet tea The sweet tea was great the salad was okay The price for the salad I thought was rather high however I kind of understand why it was so high now there is an enormous amount of lettuce in the salad way too much honestly if they took about a fourth of the lettuce out it would be what you get normally for a dinner salad just about anywhere else and it would be proportioned a little bit better My chicken was not blackened at all it was just grilled so I was very disappointed about that because the black and part is the whole reason that I ordered the salad to begin with. I paid $16 without the tip for a medium sweet tea it looks like and the salad and honestly I definitely paid about $6 too much. They are new they are probably for sure trying to work out some kinks in some things and I hope that they do because the idea of this restaurant and the items that are advertised on the menu do sound very good and I hope that they do succeed. This is not a bad review this is not a bad restaurant it is an average restaurant at this moment. I do encourage people to try the place this was my first time there maybe this is a fluke as I said the food was good but there was a mistake with the chicken there was way too much lettuce and I feel that it was a little overpriced but could definitely be worth it in the right situations out with your friends wanting to watch the...
Read moreI had looked forward to having dinner at this newer restaurant in St. Clairsville, but I got disappointed early in my visit. Despite standing in the entry way waiting to be seated as the sign instructed, I was ignored by staff. I finally grabbed a couple menus and seated my guest and myself. It took nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged. While observing the restaurant, I realized that they were understaffed. Severely understaffed! One waitress for the entire restaurant. The waitress was doing her very best and she had a delightful personality and a lovely smile, but she didn’t have superpowers and clearly was at times overwhelmed. We ordered and waited 35 minutes for the food. Perhaps the kitchen had the same problem as the dining room. In other restaurants where these problems have occurred, I’ve seen management close off half of the seating area and refused to seat new customers. But that strategy was not employed at Coaches Burger Bar. They filled nearly every table. Their food is very good, prices reasonable and they have at least one very dedicated waitress. I’m not sure that I will go back simply because I’m not sure that tonight was the norm or the exception. If you go, try the burger wrap. A creative take on a traditional wrap, that was very generous in size and extremely appealing. If you get the waitress we had (didn’t catch her name), she will treat you well.
For many reasons, all personal, I needed an enjoyable experience tonight; I needed to recover from a rough week. At least the food...

Let me saying my review is based off my first experience. I am in now way saying that it is a bad place. The wait was 25 minutes expected for a new place and the mall. We was seated and Placed our order relatively quick it was about a 45 minute wait for food. Okay with that they was sorta busy. I ordered the Cleveland burger ( burger, kielbasa, fries and bbq sauce) the burger was decent nothing spectacular my only complaint with it is there was only 2 small pieces of kielbasa on it. For $14.99 I would expect more. Everyone else had no complaints. We ordered dessert and wanted the skillet cookie we was told we don’t have it here. ( why is it on the menu then?) so we ordered the donut holes they was decent until we found a hair in them. By this time we had already received the bill and put money in the folder. The waitress returned and we told her about the hair. Her first response was do you just want me to take it off the bill? I will! She picks up the folder with bill and money and walks to the register and stands there watching us for 20 minutes to see if we leave before deciding to return with our change. Atmosphere was great beautiful place but unfortunately we...
