Panera Bread — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered online for delivery not knowing that they use Door dash. 1st food n pastries are delicious but way overpriced. I ordered 2 sandwiches with 2 drinks with two free bags of chips comes with it, ordered two bowls of soup each was supposed to have a free side only 1 was sent. Asked for extra blue tortillas what a joke. Spent $61.63. Only for the door dash person to steal one of my drinks for themselves because it was 83 out and try to blame Panera for shorting me a drink, and I gave the driver a tip should of asked for it back! Called Panera to see about refund and to explain to management what happened and the Manager of the St. Clairsville Cafe was down right RUDE wouldn't let me talk kept interrupting me and hung up on me. Called back and got the lady whom packaged up my order and she confirmed she did send two drinks in drink holder and was helpful and gave me the phone number to door dash to complain and get my refund which they connected me through to Panera care center and got a reward in replacement of refund for the drink.

Management should be more courteous and not be RUDE AND SHOULD LEARN NOT TO KEEP CUTTING PEOPLE OFF IN CONVERSATION AND NOT HANG UP ON THAT CUSTOMER.... REMEMBER WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB THERE N GET PAID!! I NEVER...

This little late lunch trip to flavor town I mean Panera bread in Saint Clairsville Ohio was awesome.

Just seeing the building and knowing how good it is I felt like Pavlovs dog beginning to salivate as I pulled up in the parking lot.

Yes hi to like all of you have been conditioned to salivate at the creamy wonderful goodness that is golden at Panera bread. This franchise box has like all the others and wonderful and everything you would come to expect as you can see from the pictures.

Of all the tasty treats pastries that they have it is delicious shop I would recommend the orange glaze scone as a must have and one of my personal favorites.

Customer service here was awesome they even held the door open for us as we walked in so you know you’re in the right place when you get here and that happens.

This place is easy to find as it is in the parking lot of the local mall here at Saint Clairsville Ohio.

Food was terrible, as was service. And most tables we tried to sit at had food all over the tables, seats and floor. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken warm bowl. I asked what was in it as I rarely eat at Panera and knew nothing about the warm bowls. She said was chicken, avocado, cucumber, tomato, hummus, arugula, feta and a tahini dressing. She never mentioned it was mostly rice. I ordered it because I eat very low carb being a type 1 diabetic. The photo on the website I checked afterwards shows a lot of strips of chicken. I got ONE little strip. The chicken version costs $2 more, so I paid $2 for a tiny strip of chicken the size of my thumb. The actual was all just big stems with 3 small leaves. No hummus or avocado. And it was swimming in so much dressing, it was stew consistency. To top it off, I ordered the unsweetened tea, but she never told me it was out of service.
