Pretty disappointing service at this location. I went in to have my screen replaced and they said it would take about an hour and quoted me about $400. A little pricey, but I needed the screen working ASAP so I left it for them to fix. An hour and a half later I go in to pick up my phone and they fixed my screen but all of a sudden my phone doesn't recognize my SIM card and won't get service. Well that wasn't an issue when I brought it in. Service guy points out a scratched SIM card but I never take my SIM out so it wasn't me who scratched it. Then the tech says he may have broken the internal antenna. Oh wait, no, he says, he's pretty sure he broke the SIM card holder. Says he will order one and fix it for free. Okay, so now I still have a phone that doesn't function. He says, "you can still text over wifi", well not without a SIM card being recognized so that doesn't help me. And when I ask what he can do about the cost of the screen, since my phone is still not functional, it was like pulling teeth to get him to knock the cost down to $300, which is still overpriced considering my phone is still not functional. But he was "sticking his neck out for me", more concerned his manager might get upset than the fact that he broke my phone. He was also not apologetic at all and seemed to not really care that he broke my phone. He also said I'd hear from him in a few days about the replacement part but it's now been nine days and I have not heard from them. Had to go to AT&T to get my phone working. A new SIM card didn't work but a digital one did, so it was the SIM card holder that the tech broke. Even if I do hear back about the part, I no longer trust the employees at this location to do the work without further damaging my phone. Pretty disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
UPDATE: The district manager, Ryan, reached out to me personally and apologized for the situation, refunded half of what I paid and offered me 20% off my next purchase. This was more than reasonable and has gone a long way in fixing a poor situation by taking accountability and making the it right. If you get their screen repair service for your phone, the warranty they offer is basically useless. Whether or not they honor it is entirely up to the person on duty at the counter and you have no options if they decide not to honor it.
I got my phone glass repaired and I chose this store because they had a 6 month warranty on parts and labor but it was very general so I asked the clerk to explain. I was told verbally that if I brought the phone in and it looked like it had been run over by a car then it probably wouldn't be honored. But I believe I was told that they would still honor the parts but not the labor if it looked like it was mishandled.
The repair seemed to go well, everything worked fine but less than a week after being repaired a long crack appeared across the face of the phone. I brought it in and the clerk took it in the back and came back a few minutes later saying that it didn't appear to be anything they did so no, they wouldn't honor any part of the warranty.
Even though I told him that nothing had happened to the phone to cause a crack, he would not accept my word for it and now I'm out the $140 and in less than a week have a cracked phone again. That's it, it's done, no offer to pay for the labor only, nothing.
I feel totally mislead, this is not a real warranty, I had liked this store before this incident but will never go back...

Before replacing the screen, the sales associate (I believe his name was Rick?) checked all the functions on my phone (both cameras, ear speaker, fingerprint scanner, volume control, etc.) and said everything was working fine. After the screen was repaired, I noticed that my front facing camera and ear speaker no longer worked, and that the top half of my phone kept overheating. I tried calling the store and explaining my problem, but they told me I was the one that damaged the phone and that I would have to pay for the repair. How could I have damaged the INTERNAL front camera cable in less than an hour of receiving the phone from the store? Not to mention, before the repair, the sales associate had already checked the cameras and ear speaker for any abnormalities, and found none. The sales associate told me to bring the phone back in and they could "see what they could do" but I was only home for the weekend and had to go back to school.
