Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in St. Matthews

My Fiance and I was in town for 1 day and wanted to eat some great wings. This was Sat July 20th 2019 @ 4:00pm to 4:30ish to be exact . I would leave no stars if that was possible but 1 it is.The Young lady with short brown hair had a pony tail to be exact we could never forget the rudeness..After we sat at the bar and began ordering our drinks the bartender was very rude and had a horrible attitude.After I ordered my sweet tea with NO lemon she just stared at my fiance not saying a words until he said what he wanted to drink not saying and for u sir to let him know she was ready for his order as he was waiting for me and looking at Manu..After continuing to get upset over the tap beer my fiance ordered and the draft continued to over flow and take I guess to long for her to wait for the white foam to dissipate. she kept pouring it out and starting over which was the same result and she was even more mad and saying nasty thing to herself she thought but we heard her. Once she was finally satisfied she gave him his beer and never even wiped it off it had beer all over the glass running down the glass still, who wants to hold a wet glass with beer all over it and what bartender does not wipe it off for a customer As a courtesy I even asked for no lemon with my sweet tea very simple because I do not like the taste makes me sick mine even came with double the lemon in my tea and after all of this which was at least 15 mins for 1 beer tap and a sweet tea still she never asked if we would like to order she could have done that while the foam was going down. My fiance and I were so upset we got up and left without even ordering a single thing but a drink this was the most horrible service we have had and everyone has bad days but to have a horrible nasty attitude towards the customer is not professional and we will never eat there again she does not need to work behind a bar or in customer service for that matter, if she can not be nice and professional she seemed like she hated to be there and if so she needs to not be..I never have written so much on a post but we were treated not kindly felt like dirt honestly. So we left we could take no more before we said something to her..So if u go Dont sit at the bar if they have a young lady with short brown hair sit somewhere else other than at the bar for better service hopefully no one that is there is as rude as...

First is like to start by saying, before my experience here bdubs was one of my favorite places to eat. I wasn’t going to post this, but after a couple months it still bothers me. So one day after shopping I stopped here alone to get some dinner around 8pm. Upon walking in I noticed they were busy, so I patiently waited for the hostess to seat me. I was in no rush. Once seated the table was still dirty and needed to be cleaned so I waited for that. After they apologized I told them it was okay bc they were busy and I understood. Once seated it took about 35 minutes before any server asked for my order. Again it was just me and they were busy so I wasn’t too upset. After getting my order it took forever to get my food. Once I got my food I was super excited and started eating. After about 3 bites I noticed a cockroach run across my table. I got a manager to come get it off the table and she said “oh my gosh that’s disgusting, I’m so sorry, thank goodness it wasn’t a cockroach.” That’s where I began to get frustrated. It was 100% a cockroach and after seeing it I was completely grossed out and couldn’t finish the meal I had just started. After a few minutes the manager came back over and told me she discounted my meal. She discounted it only a few bucks. After talking with several other people about this situation and several in food service I now feel like I should have gotten them entire meal free, especially bc I never finished the meal I was so grossed out. Then after paying, as I got up to leave my server ran over to me and then proceeded to ask me for my phone number. I told him politely “no” and that I was in a relationship with someone and he then proceeded to get upset at me. I felt it was totally unprofessional. I’m so sad because I loved this place, but I have not been to a bdubs since this experience. I’m just too grossed out and frustrated by what happened. So be in the lookout at this establishment for roaches in or around your food here! Where there is one,...

I live very close to Buffalo Wild Wings. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and the food. HOWEVER, this experience really upset me. I was put on hold when I called and ordered, then once I gave my order at least 3 times before she actually could get what I was ordering. Then I walked in probably 10 minutes after I ordered, because it generally takes 10-15 minutes to be ready. I stood by the counter where there was no staff member, and waited for 7-8 minutes before anyone even said anything. The store was not busy at all, and there were multiple people around, and nobody said anything.

Finally, someone comes out and puts two bags in the warmer and just said "be back in a minute". She then comes back out no less than 5 minutes later and brings bag of food for the girl who was sitting down and waiting when I walked in. THEN, she starts asking the three people who were standing there. What makes me mad is that she didn't ask our names when she brought out the two other bags, even though she Cleary was waiting on other food. So, my food as well as the other guys was sitting in the warmer for 5 minutes minimum even though we were sitting right there. I had cheese curds, which didn't taste great after sitting, and you could visibly tell the wings and quesadilla were as fresh as they could have been.

I will still order food from there, all the time, however this experience was SUPER disappointing. One of the people not really doing much was also in a red shirt(seemed to be manager). This also disappoints me because when three people are standing at the counter and nobody has been out for almost 10 minutes, one would think that at least she(assumed manager) would be aware of the surroundings and help out or at least say "someone will be with...
