Never again will I use this Aaron's. Or any Aaron is general. Let's make this short.... I went online to get a bed. Okay cool!, they have the bed I want at a cheap price. So I went to put my information and the address was not being found. Understandable considering I live on a private dirt road. I then call the hotline for assistance. I receive a very young man named Toby on the line. He sounded high the whole time and lacked phone communications. He said in two days go to your arrons main street store to sign papers... In the car I went. Drove 40 mins there to find out I had no papers to sign. The women behind the counter Roxanne and I thing cheryl was the other girls name.. Well they couldn't find my information at all. Then they reprinted stuff I already signed virtually. Next thing you know I'm asked for my pay stubs. I bring them up on my phone and the rep who I was talking to just walked away from assisting me and began to order food from a lady who come in with A tote full of food! That's horrible considering u just walked away from your customer..... They then said I'm good to go and my product should be at my house in 3 days. Then less than a hour gles by ND I get a phone call saying I need to have my grandma listed on the bed bc its at her residence They wanted proof of my grams utility bills, how much she makes a month on disability,, how long she lived there, and all her information. Not to mention that they asked my references how much money I make. My neighbor is not supposed to know how much I make. Also they had all three of my references names wrong. They had Mildred as Milfred.. Noah as noble . And Helen as Helenna... Come on guys get it together. Now this is my third month with the product .. The bed is wonderful. The team who came and set it up was definitely a good team. They should be the face of the company not the incompetent people u have in the store or at the Georgia office.. . I payed my bill a week early and they still took another payment from me! When speaking To Michael about the over charge he said the money will be refunded . Well its been 48 hours and it's still not refunded. Thanks arrons for charging me 2 times when u had your money. I called in 10 minutes ago and Roxanne answered and said Mike is not in and she can't authorize anything.... Well I will be calling Jason H. ALL DAY! because once again I am an unsatisfied customer of a arrons. And I haven't even been in business with you for a year.
My personal opinion is go to rent-a-center or another place bc this store...
Read moreI was a loyal customer to this establishment for many years. On this particular rental I was looking for a radio. I was offered a radio that was on the sales floor that worked, but had broken and missing buttons. I agreed to take the radio at the moment (because I had a party the next day) and that a new radio would be ordered and delivered to my home by the end of the week. By the end of the week I received a phone call and was told that I needed to make my first payment, I was shocked because the special they had going on was no payments for 1 month. When I explained this to her, she was not even aware of any other radio having been ordered for me. They would look into it. Now 4 weeks into owning this radio again I am being called for my payment that is due. Again I question about the new radio that was promised to me and again the sales representative knew nothing about it. I was transferred to another store rep who claimed to have called me to tell me that the radio had arrived 2 weeks ago and that it was sitting on the sales floor. I never received a call nor was any attempt made to deliver it to me. After going back and forth on the phone with the store rep, she transfers me to Mike the store manager who is extremely rude and disrespectful. He tells me that he will come pick up radio the next day and proceeds to hang up on me. Here it is a week later and still no one has picked up the radio but instead I get another phone saying my account is past due now. How convenient. Now they refuse to pick up the unit and are demanding me to make a full payment on this...
Read moreDecided to give this Aaron’s a shot and definitely regret it. Placed an order online. Days go by no communication what so ever from them. Had to contact customer service and make them contact me. Turns out they never had any of my info but they surely took my money. Few hours later they found out my info and contacted me saying they were waiting on shipment of the TV when the TV was already there. Had me come in on a Friday to bring my license to finalize my paperwork and since I was going I was hoping to see if I could just take the tv since it was already there. I was denied and was told oh you should of just called us to see you didn’t need to come. BUT they asked me to come? Fast forward to today Monday the 27th of Nov there is a lower price of the Tv.. from 159 a month to 119 a month. SINCE I didn’t get the TV yet I called again to see if they can honor the cheaper price. I was told no they can’t. Which added fuel to the fire so I cancelled. The Aaron’s in TOBYHANNA took care of me with the new pricing and EVEN called me to confirm my order and walk me through there process and didn’t leave me in the dark.
