Never thought I would leave a review for a PARKING GARAGE. Don’t even bother taking a ticket. We waited 20 minutes in line before even getting to the ticket machine (with no opportunity to turn around). We decided to just leave and go to a later mass since we were now late. We figured it would be best to take a ticket anyway for the time stamp showing that we were unable to park, as opposed to getting to the exit with no ticket and being charged as there would be no proof that we didn’t park. The security guard would not let us leave without paying and said we shouldn’t have gotten a ticket. I asked what’s stopping people from just coming in without a ticket and parking all day and he had no answer. Not only that, he was just plain rude. 1/5 because it won’t let...

This parking garage is perfect if you're staying at any of the hotels in the downtown area that force you to pay $$$ for mandatory valet parking. I decided to park here overnight and it was definitely a lot of cheaper. On weekends or during special events, it was $20 (as of 2018) for all day/overnight parking. On weekdays, the rate was around $10. There was a security guard on duty and cameras to monitor the garage.

I didn't have any problems with my car being left there overnight while I stayed at my hotel. I caution those with large vehicles / trucks. The passageways for vehicles are super narrow so you have to use your expert driving skills, otherwise you'll probably scratch up your bumper or wheels on the way in/out of the...

Tina, the manager of the garage, is the meanest person I have ever come to know. I have never had a good experience talking with her. She is rude and devoid of kindness. I used to pay for a monthly spot and yet when gaspy came around I was asked to either leave the building or pay a very large fee? No shot that's legal. The elevators aren't up to code either, and are always breaking down. People only park here monthly out of necessity, and she takes advantage of that. Not to mention the homeless population that...
