Vale Healthy Kitchen - Tampa — Restaurant in Tampa

Good food, ordered a pick up order. Was notifies it was ready for pick up. DROVE over to the restaurant, gave my order the boy (and I say boy due to his abhorrent behavior) then just said nothing and walked over to the receipts and stood there...for 3 minutes...saying NOTHING. His 'co-worker said that they don't have any food. It was 10 27 am and she was standing in front of enough food to serve all of Tampa. I said I was not going to leave without a refund, they said take it up w Uber eats. And that was the end of it. I went to the car to get Mt order number to see if that helped. When I went to the car I NOW GET A NOTICE THAT THEY ARE SOLD OUT OF FOOD. Mind you this is 10 30 AM and the store JUST opened. This would have been fine is I received this PRIOR TO DRIVING TO THE RESTAURANT. This notice ONLY gives 10 minutes before and I still had 9:43 remaining. WHICH MEANT THE TIMER WAS STARTED AFTER I HAD COME INTO THE RESTAURANT FOR FOOD. Vale waited till.i drove up to the restaurant, went inside to pick up order, and NOW they were telling me that they were out of food, JUST as they opened. Now they boy said he was going to kick me out, aggressively. Then the other said they would call they cops, (across the street) I told them I would gladly wait for the police.

Manager came out and spoke w me, told me they were both on their way out and that they didn't do much anyway. He did offere to make 1 of the bowls for me as compensation. I declined and told him that he had lost my business.

Also he said he recognized my name as I order from there (avg 1-2 a week)

Not only will I never return but I truly hope this review causes other to PAUSE before choosing this place

The family pack (59.99) that I earned from eating at Vale so many times was removed. So not ONLY did I not get the food. I LOST time, AND...

I don't even know where to begin me and my sister and my brother came to Vale to eat lunch I come here all the time never had a problem but on this particular day I decided to bring my brother and sister I told him about you have vegan food well upon arriving everyone was extremely nice on the line and where of what the food was except this one girl who acted very nonchalant which is not very friendly. Well I ordered my food everything was great well when it came to my sister and my brother their vegetarians so they ordered the teriyaki paow which is a vegan meal well this girl gave my brother and sister real teriyaki chicken I came to that counter and asked her was that real chicken she said no and laughed I paid it no attention at first and then when I returned to the counter I asked this black girl what is this real chicken she stated yes I was mortified my brother and sister had not eaten meat in 5 years how was I going to tell them that they had eaten meat. The girl went on to say oh it's no big deal they didn't eat that much the the lady did everything in her power to try to correct the situation the black girl is the one who tried to correct situation she even went over and got a lady from the acai bowl counter and she did everything she could for me as well I just want to give them two ladies a shout out to let them know I truly appreciate what they did but ask for the girl who thought it was funny just know anytime we see that you're in there we would not be coming in there to eat because being a vegan is extremely important...

I will NEVER eat here again, I was a regular customer that came in at least twice a week. Today when I came in you could tell something was going on because the wait was way longer than normal, however that’s ok they seemed to be out of things and were waiting for them to be done to finish orders. Well when I got up to place my order they seemed to be out of almost everything, I started to order then when it got time for me to order my protein for my bowl I was told they were out of that meat and didn’t have any at the time, I was already 30 mins into my 1 hour lunch due to the initial wait so I had to eat something so I settled on a meat I truly didn’t want so as I’m adding my add ins because I wasn’t told o it will be just a few moments etc, then the customer DIRECTLY behind me asked for the same meat I was JUST told they were out of and they told her we’re out and she said well I want some of that specific meat so the manager said o here I have some, I was so upset and I said you just told me you didn’t have any and wouldn’t have any, do you know they didn’t even offer to remake my food or apologize for what they did. I work in a direct customer service position and I would NEVER treat a customer like that. They could’ve made it right and they chose not to. I didn’t make a fuss or anything I...
