Save yourself the headache and just don't go here. I brought in two rings to be repaired and sized, despite reading other bad reviews decided to take a chance. The gold and diamond ring I brought in to be sized was left just ok, I don't really see how you can mess up a standard sizing job but it was still left a little crooked and can feel the seam of the extension.

Now, the ring I brought in to be repaired was not in bad shape, literally just needed two tiny solders and it would have been perfect. It was an expensive silver piece and when I got it back the first time they had completely cleaned off the oxidation finish and returned it to me completely mate, full and lifeless. When I questioned the gal she said they had to clean the ring to solder it, now the finish wasn't the biggest problem the so-called "master jeweler" (HA!) has soldered HUGE spots up and down my ring and the ring had been completely smashed and tried to be re-shaped. I brought it to her attention and said she'd try to fix it. Came back second time for my ring and although they had reapplied the black finish it was still smashed and dented. When I told her again she said find me a receipt or a very similar ring on the website and we'll pay for it. Fast forward 2 hours I go back and show her on the website, and goes consults the jeweler and he said there's no way he's paying my $250 for silver when it's worth $20. The ring I showed him was on Sale! I told him he never specified a price or limit to the compensation and he just continued to argue with me now stating I had brought the ring in that condition. I told him I have silver pieces in the thousands of dollars and that if he really was a jeweler he'd appreciate the craftsmanship and not just the metal. I told him I pay for very expensive silver jewelry from John Hardy, David Yurman and Lagos. He said it didn't matter I had scrap silver.

Then the gal there jumps in and tries to help, if it hadn't been for the old mans nasty attitude I could have sat there and argued with him all day. She tells me to email her a picture of the ring to see if she can replace it and two months later no response yet.

So all in all, the jeweler ruined my jewelry, wasted my time , insulted my jewelry and left me hanging with several hundred dollars in damage. I should have listened to the other reviews. Should probably have the diamonds on my other ring checked as other helpers have had issues saying not the same...

I went into this store to have a a link taken from my tennis bracelet,for the diamonds to be removed and put into a ring,but this was not possible,so I opted to do a pendant.When I was in the store,he checked and said it was 10 K gold,but he called me later and said it was not,so I told him,I was returning to pick up my piece,because when I made the purchase,I was told it was gold,and not an overlay.So,when I returned to the store,she gave the piece and asked for my receipt,at the same time,I had the piece in my hand.When I left to exit the store,I realized I no longer had it on my hand,and began to search for it on the floor,where it should have been,because I had been no other place,well we both looked on the floor ,and could not find it.I then realized,I must have erroneously gave it to her with the receipt.She adamantly denied this.I left the store and called back and ask for the owner,he was rude, and began to tell me how long he had been in this location.He told me,I have cameras and can prove,we donot have your piece.So I asked him,if we can view it together,he refused,and his response was,take me to court,it will prove your are wrong and a liar. If you were telling the truth,you shouldn’t have a problem,showing the footage of this transaction. Well,I am done with this store.I have done business,with these people,in the past. Dishonest...

I have purchased a few pieces from this store over the years. My family loved them! And still do. The jeweler has repaired several items for me. My mom was so thrilled when I returned her ring to her. She bought it for her mother. When her mother died, she got it back. It was lost in the backyard for 2 years under dirt and walked on! This ring was old and beat up. The stone looked terrible. The gold was thinning. When Temecula Jewelrey Mart fixed it, it looked like the day my mom bought it over 50 years ago, if not better! The prices are more than reasonable, they will fix any issue if they can, they are great to work with. I lived in Murrieta for 20 years. I moved to WA 2 years ago. I visit CA often to see my family. I am taking a bag of my sentimental jewelry to get them into shape. That is how much I trust them. Some of my jewelry is from other countries. I even got my wedding ring appraised there with a certificate. This is long because I can not say enough good things about this store, and it's well overdue. Best to you!
