I have been here twice. Both times have been extremely unpleasant. Today I walked in and I may have well stollen have the store for the lack of care the associate had. No acknowledgment, no friendly face, nothing. So, I walked out. But I went back in after 30 minutes because I was looking for something specific and figured I’d give her another chance. Once again, nothing. Very bland and rather just existing. I asked her a question, and with the rudest tone she goes well if you don’t see it obviously we do not have it. How am I supposed to know they don’t carry a backstock? Half the stuff they sell I looked on google and could find it much cheaper. Very disappointing when you try to support small businesses, but people don’t like their job. If I was the owner, I would not be pleased because she could have easily tried to recommend something else, but nope just ignored me. I said okay we’ll have a nice day, IGNORED ME. so freaking rude. She should be ashamed a very grown what looks to be 50 year...
Read moreThis store unfortunately is complicit with the parking scheme from their next door neighbor (and is also the landlord). The owner seems nice from the reviews but the building is operating as a parking enforcement agency. We then saw a $186 parking fee. I make an effort to support small businesses but this is a complete scam and unreasonable to charge. The landlord and owner of Tao’s next door has some sort of partnership with the private company (from what I see in the comments). I ask the owner of Temecula Lavendar business to push back on the landlord’s decision. As long as this unreasonable parking scheme continues I will not visiting...
Read moreProducts are amazing. I have been making it a point to stop by when I visit Temecula, and while it has gotten expensive over the years, I still buy. The only issue is that I tried to return something immediately, after I realized I bought the smaller size, and the store had just closed, and the salesgirl pointed out that they were closing, but I politely insisted on the exchange. I just spent $170 on three hand soaps and three hand lotions. To the owner who was present, please show a little gratitude. I work late and hard for my customers in my business because without them I have no business. It took the salesperson less than 5 minutes to execute the exchange. Customers can make a business and break a business so be nice to...
