Cava has quickly become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My recent visit was nothing short of amazing, and I can’t wait to share my experience.

I started with their Falafel Wrap, which was perfectly balanced – crispy, herbaceous falafel wrapped in a soft pita, loaded with fresh veggies and that creamy garlic dressing that ties everything together. It’s a wholesome bite that feels indulgent yet light.

Next, I tried their Make Your Own Bowl – a fantastic option for anyone who loves customization. I chose saffron basmati rice as the base, topped it with grilled chicken, harissa, and a mix of vibrant toppings like roasted veggies, pickled onions, and crunchy cucumbers. Every bite was a burst of Mediterranean flavors, from the tangy pickles to the smoky harissa.

BEWARE: THEY STOLE MY MONEY I placed an order through Cava’s website for this location in June, to be delivered to my office. I selected to be handed off to me and wrote around instructions. This was a $96 order and the only item delivered were the chips that came with one of the items in this order. I called back to adk what was going on and that I wanted my money back since I did not receive my order. They told me they would only issue a partial refun for $63. THAT’S INSANE. How do you not deliver an order and only issue a partial refund??!!!!

I called back and was able to talk to someone that guaranteed I would get 100% of my order back. I actually have an email confirming that.

Fast forward a few days later and I only get a partial refund. WHERE IS THE REST?!!! I called back and they said that they could only issue a partial refund and would escalate it.

As it stands right now, this location stole $33 from me. Every person I spoke to was condescending, kept talking over me, and the last one I talked to went as far as calling me a liar. If I don’t get my money back, I’m lawyering up. I’m fed up with...
