Been here twice. Always give a second chance with food. A month apart. First time I went in, the guy taking my order was extremely rude and off putting. I believe he was the manager which makes it worse. Food wasn’t good and they took an extremely long time. An hour wait in house for to go. When I got home, I noticed my food was wrong. Ate it anyways and didn’t want to deal with the bad workers again. Sometimes it’s best to say whatever about it..

Second time. Same thing. But worse. I chose different items hoping they wouldn’t screw it up. I couldn’t believe what I received. I got the loaded tots that were no exaggeration, 6 tater tots burnt to a tin foil bowl. I couldn’t even eat it without the tin sticking to the tot, ripping, and eating metal. Those were tossed. Then I moved onto the calzone. Entirely different one than I ordered. They told me to come back when I called and bring the calzone and they will make me a new one. I said no I would like my money back, I have to be up in 4 hours. They never gave me my money back. Great place 👎🏻

UPDATE 04/28/24 New ownership has this place shining and WAY better. I knew immediately. Figured I would try it again after it being so long since the last two atrocious encounters. Third times a charm! The food was better by a mile and the service was i credible in comparison to the last staff. Rafeeq was an awesome young guy who really took care of me and was excited to hear my feedback about how much better the place was. Hard worker as well. Shev or (Chef?) from next door stopped by and said great things too. Apparently the owner owns the Hookah lounge too. He knows what he us doing because this place did a 180. Definitely go...

Used to love this place until they hired a new girl up front. Continually messed up or misplaced my order. Very bad attitude on the phone. I asked for a refund when they lost my order, which she refused. I asked for her higher up's contact information, which she refused. I asked for her name, which she told me she didn't have to give me. Then she called me something muffled that sounded quite insulting and told me to call back in the morning if I wanted anything. I am so shocked and saddened that one of my favorite local food places is now a no-go zone.

This happened the evening of 6/12 @ midnight.

Update: The GM called me and made excuses for the girl who was rude. He then said he had no idea when they would be able to refund me, and when I told him that this upset me, he told me that I was the ONLY customer who was not understanding. It is very clear to me why the person on the phone was so rude, and it's clear that everyone should avoid this place! We're now 3 days in and I don't even know when they will be able to process my refund. The money is already gone from my account. I was honestly more upset about the girl who mistreated me, but the GM made something out of nothing by getting stuck in a loop talking about their inability to give me a refund. Frustrating! Avoid...

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant, which was super disappointing because it was my first time ordering from there and I was really expecting to like their food. It took over 2 hours to get the food - their website doesn’t mention that delivery is through door dash, or at least it doesn’t notify you until someone is going to pick up your food - so I called the location when my food became really late based upon the time the confirmation email gave. The employee was extremely rude, and I’ve worked in food service, so I can honestly say there wasn’t really an excuse for how rude they were. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, so I let it slide, but it was so disappointing - as was the food. Nothing was seasoned at all. Not to mention, the door dash driver notified me that he had to turn around and go back to the restaurant because he saw that the food was wrong. I highly appreciate that he noticed, since I ordered from the vegan menu and also have dairy allergies. Maybe it was just an off day in general, but I definitely won’t be...

Had a really great experience. Walked in, was welcomed, AND Naratu was on the TV (my boyfriend was wearing a shirt from the show) which struck up great conversation. Small seating area but enough for a few small grpups to eat. I ordered the calzone with vegan sausage and it was AMAZING! Sometimes the vegan mozzarella has a funny after taste when eaten in excess but there was plenty of cheese and "sausage" in the calzone to keep a great flavor. Blown away honestly. My boyfriend built his own with meatballs and said it was really good, also. My only critique is that the marinara sauce is a little too sweet, and that's coming from someone from New Jersey where our pizza sauce is supposed to be slightly sweet. Still enjoyable. The chess sticks could use a little more cheese maybe but overall still very good. Would definitely recommend if looking for a hearty, filling, tasty meal. Will definitely be back.

Decided to try this place out because it was open late and was staying in the area Walked in and was greeted right away, since this was our first time, we were recommended different options as well as their favorites. We got the Italian Zone w/pepperoni,ham,salami and cheese. Good amount of meats inside and toward the end of the bite you'll have a good amount of cheese to end it like a cheese bread Also got the Mac N Pork Zone w/ Mac N Cheese and Sweet Pulled Pork which had a nice sweetness w/ the cheese Both was topped w/ Garlic Parmesan on top! The bread was nice and soft, and the calzones were huge! The Atmosphere is defiantly targeted for college students as it is open super late, but it's still a good spot to try out. Wish we had this back in Texas!

I had never eaten here before now, but I am sure I'll be back again soon! I had no idea they had SO MANY LABELED vegan options on the menu! They have an entirely separate menu dedicated to vegan things, and that was awesome to see. Anyway, I got a Vegan Speed Zone with green peppers and mushrooms, and my boyfriend got a Sun Devil Zone. We were both really pleased with our choices. Some of the dough in mine seemed a little bit undercooked, but it's vegan, so it's not like it could have hurt me in a raw egg sense or anything. I felt like some of the insides were not evenly distributed, but who doesn't love a huge bite of vegan cheese and dough? Either way, I'll absolutely be coming back here to try more of the vegan calzones, since there are so many:)
