I am very upset at the new return policy. It was not clear on the website. Why can't some items be returned to the store? Why do you even have a store front? It is a complete waste of my time to have to find a drop off location, print a label and wait in a line. Your store could return the items faster than I can. Plus you are taking away people coming in and purchasing other items. Not a...

Absolutely disappointed in customer service. It’s the first Anthropologie store that I have come across that has unwelcoming and unhelpful staff. I wish there there was another nearby location.
