My "Pretty Woman" Moment- Three staff members were aloof and did not greet or offer assistance for at least 15 minutes (only 1 other customer present). Once they had time to assess and noted our Tory Burch gear, diamonds, or whatever, did they even acknowledge us. Talk about judging a book by its cover! Not sure if it was our "poor" attire or minority status, but will NEVER go back. 11/6/25 update: I called the store given the reply to this review. It turns out the "staff" that visually tracked us and gave a half hearted compliment about cute, comfortable shoes (after I intentionally crossed her path at the cash resister), was the owner herself. Kristin attributed the poor customer services to "social media day" and falsely claimed all previous reviews were great. She continuously asked that we return to the store for a second chance. Ironically, Kristine promised to better train her staff and took no accountability for her own actions. I'm permanently crossing Monkees off my Woodlands...

Came for one dress, left with five. Some of the dresses that look more on the basic side, really surprised me on how well they were tailored and the details you only discover when trying them on. Also, the organic cotton dresses were super soft and light - perfect for a Texan summer. Only wish they had a promotion...
