Visited the store during Labor Day weekend in the afternoon. I expected it would be crowded because it was the holiday weekend, but it was not crowded at all. There were no lines and I walked right in. I was not greeted when I walked in. So I just started looking around. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in but decided to peruse the store inventory. Eventually, I had to ask for assistance. The associate who assisted me was nice. Unfortunately, the purse I wanted was on back order for at least 6-7 weeks. đ«.... I made other suggestions of inventory to view. It would have been nice if she had made a few suggestions for me but she did make a good suggestion for my daughter. In the end, I purchased 3 items. As the associate warmed up to me, the experience became more pleasant. I only gave them 3 stars because the experience I had at Gucci before visiting LV the same day was unmatched! I was greeted as I walked in the door by more than one associate at Gucci. They made me feel welcomed, their energy was warm and inviting, followed by asking me if I wanted something to drink while shopping. I didn't drink but the gesture was very nice. The ambiance of the store was great. Made great suggestions, customers were enjoying themselves and I didn't feel rushed. While my purchase was being boxed up other associates came to check on me and see if I needed anything. Customer service is top priority for me in any purchase experience and can make or break a sale. If I could've had that same experience with LV, I would've given...
   Read moreBefore going to this LV location, I read the reviews about inadequate customer service and braced myself for the visit. My sister & I walked in and were immediately welcomed by the security guard. There were only 3 staff members present & the store was pretty crowded. I immediately knew that I would not be greeted by the staff because they were so busy helping other customers. We were able to ask some questions by one staff member while her customer was looking at some items. Another staff member, Veronica, actually paused while with her customer to let us know that she would be able to assist us with her full attention once she was done. Ms. Veronica kept her word...we had her full attention and she answered questions, while showing different inventory to us for a full 20 minutes!!! I think the store may have underestimated how busy this location would be & did not anticipate needing more staff, as well as inventory. I think the feedback of the store being extremely busy will help the owners provide adequate staff and inventory to satisfy the customer base in The Woodlands. I went in being optimistic & was completely understanding when I saw the big picture. I would recommend giving them a second chance if you had a bad experience when they first opened. The staff were all extremely nice and the security officer was present, but overbearing. I will definitely be a returning customer....

My husband and I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary soon and wanted to treat each other to new wallets because why not.. we waited shortly and finally let in. I felt like everyone stopped and looked at us in an unpleasant way. We dress very casually so I guess that makes it okay? When first looking around our saleswoman was low key treating us as if we couldnât afford anything in the store. Saw a wallet I liked so my husband said we would take it and he started to look around for himself, at that point she started treating us a little more seriously. He finds something he likes so we pay for our stuff and go eat lunch while we wait for them to put the initials in our wallets, no big deal. Come back pick our stuff up and head home. It is 5:50 and I get a call from Our saleswoman saying she âaccidentallyâ pressed cash as our payment and needs us to make an online payment because they cannot close until they receive our payment. I feel like it was done on purpose because the whole time I felt like we were being looked down on for simply how we were dressed or maybe if she was paying attention to the transaction instead of her phone this last issue wouldnât have happened.
