There’s no way they have more than 3 stars. I’ll be calling corporate Monday. Refused to give me my money back because the food was in the bag. Ok well you put it in the bag it wasn’t the right order and they said they have to do what the automated machine said. So they double charged me. No checkers is proud of that. You’re human you should tell it what to do. All they said was we do what the automated machine says. And that’s all they said. They didn’t seem thrilled about it either but the groundhog in the field behind the place I think was In charge and it was his day off and he just didn’t care either. I don't care for the automated ordering; but, I can make any corrections once I'm at the window. Now the female at the window was rude when I questioned the price. She said, "It says 4 here." When I asked for the Mgr., she looked at me, closed the window, turned around, and started talking to the cook/sandwich maker. This place alerted each other to the window order and when it was ready, it was provided quickly by a third member. Quickly knew the sauces, etc
Some locations completely freeze up and wont answer the window, keep their back to it, or forget it completely after the order is taken. Some also get offended when expected to know the menu.
