Beware of the SCAMS here!!! When you first visit the website they give you a 25% discount on your first purchase if you sign up for their email. I did so and input my code only for my order to be charged MORE after i put in my discount?? I emailed customer support only for them to tell me using the discount puts all items back at full price and it does not work on online exclusive items which is essentially the entire store. One of my items was missing so I tried calling but that only made things more confusing I don't know what country they outsource their call center to but I couldn't understand what they were saying even when I offered to speak 3 different languages. They told me the item went to the store in Bakersfield 150 miles away and just said " I am sorry about that" after every sentence. After a week of trying to get them to send the item to my house like i initially ordered online they said they could not do anything i and I could replace the item with another item of equal or lower value but I couldn't because it was a gift and apparently the last one in stock and is now off the website. I had to ask a friend to give me a ride to Bakersfield to pick up the item and they told me customer support told them to add the item to their inventory because i had abandoned the item and i will be sent a replacement which i NEVER heard and even the store clerk said was not possible because it was no longer available. Apparently i was not the only one because the store clerk said other have had the same problem of having their items sent to that store in a mall that reaches 110 degree weather. They say if its too good to be true it probably is beware this place is...

Yesterday was my first time at this store and I loved every minute of it! They have so many cute things there! Lots of Disney, Harry Potter, Friends, Grey's Anatomy, Sanrio and much much more!

One of my favorite finds was a Pochacco backpack (and if you're a Pochacco lover like me, you know how hard it is to find cute Pochacco things these days)! I was so surprised and HAD to buy it right away.

It wasn't on sale at the store and I had no idea they had an online site, but when I went to check out, Kevin was awesome! He looked at the online website to see if they had a sale (which they did) and then matched the online price without me asking! What great service! Definitely recommend asking for Kevin to ring you up!

Their other staff at the store were also very pleasant and helpful (aside from one girl with attitude eating behind the counter; it wasn't a big deal breaker for me, but she should probably try to be more pleasant since she works in a customer service position).

Overall, I highly recommend this store (even though it's a bit pricey $$$). Can't wait to return and see what other...

Walking in I had my Loungefly Tangled purse with my Loungefly attached Vader Wallet, I'm clearly a collector or at least look like a big bag fan. Yet I was followed around the store and then felt awkward wanting to compare some of the bags because the store associates kept asking to take it to the front or casually reorganizing something next to me. I'm a regular at Disneyland so I like mixing up my purse or backpack looks and had hoped to get 4 this time around. After realizing they just thought I may be a bag snatcher, I decided on just two bags. Even then they seemed shocked I was getting 2. Love the stores selection but won't be back to this location until their staff is trained to deal with guests with money to spend versus some kid walking in who's looking to steal...
