Dear Lululemon,
This long over due...... I just had to take a moment to express my absolute delight with my recent visit to your store. As soon as I walked in, my jaw hit the floor - and not just because I tripped over my own feet (which, let's be honest, is always a possibility with me).
I was introduced to this magical wonderland by my friend Maddy at BPLA CrossFit (thanks, Maddy, you're a gem). And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Your store is the GOAT of all Lululemon stores - and I don't say that lightly. I mean, I've been shopping at Lululemon for a while now, so I'm pretty much an expert.
Last week, I had a bit of a crisis because I was looking for a dance studio pant and was close to tears. But then Ethan Nelson swooped in and saved my ( bleep bleep) the day like the hero he is. You calmed me down and FIXED it by finding the pants for me I swear, competition season is no match for him. Thank you, Ethan, you're a lifesaver i will lean on you for sure..
And can we talk about your staff? You guys let me roam make a mess and leave me stuck in my head and i appreciate that becuase it takes a lot to organize hundreds of dancers and there different colors and sizes. You guys are the most badass crew I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I've worked with some pretty badass folks in my time). They're so much fun and just let me do my thing, even when I'm juggling a stack of files and my brain is on fire trying to match colors and exchange pieces without going over budget. They just laugh WITH me, you know? Love you guys.
I also wanted to give a shoutout to your clean wood floors. May seem petty but they make it so easy for me to style groups together, take pictures, and send them off to different choreographers. It's the little things that make all the difference, am I right?
Now, I know I'm probably the biggest pain in the butt because I'm always looking for something specific or trying to fulfill a certain look. But your team always takes the time to let me figure it out, even though I'm sure I'm the most difficult customer you have. So thank you for that.
All in all, I had an amazing time at your store and can't wait to come back and harass you all again soon. Keep being the best, Lululemon...
Read moreThis place is a hit or miss. Some are nice and some are rude. For the price we pay for these clothes, you would think great customer service. Not so much. I have been coming here for a while. I'm a healthcare worker and was very happy that they give us some sort of discount. Anyways I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. She always purchases online and sometimes she uses the "pay later" option. She orders online and tries them on at home. Of course some don't fit her well. I, myself, will go in to return her items. Every person I've come in contact with either knows the return process. You present the card you use for the payment. The last 4 numbers on the receipt does NOT match the card number. If you ask me that's just the pay later company's issue. Some ladies knows how this works and some calls their manager to verify the process. Recently I had to return a sweater. Mind you, all of my mom's returns are not used, still has tags, and in the time frame of returns. My mom receives them and the next day or so I go in to return them. This new gal (I've never seen her there before) told me my mom had to be present to return the item. Ok, is this a new policy? I asked her if this is new? I have my mom's card to make the return process. I've asked her to get her manager. The manager had no issues with me returning the item. She stated she's not familiar with the pay later option. Lady, try to learn it because it's what's on your company website to make purchases with. I'm not trying to be a pain in the a$$, but why are they making a return such a pain. Read moreJust wanted to commend the entire staff at the Del Amo mall Lulu location. Everyone is always very friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in. I stopped by the other day to purchase my 3rd pair of T.H.E. 9" Short and to have my other two pairs hemmed to 8" rather than 9". They were very helpful and informative about the process and didn't mind answering all the questions I had about it, as I had never done it before. The new pair I purchased ended up having to be ordered, and it took some doing on their part to find exactly what I wanted in the right size. They of course reassured me it was no trouble at all and it all went smoothly. Today I came in to pick up one of the pairs I had hemmed and it not only was the perfect length, but looked as if it were brand new off the rack.
