Shopping at The Del Amo Fashion Center, I noticed the Tesla store, so I decided to come in & browse the vehicles, roofs & power walls. Mando offered assistance, and was ready for any questions I managed to come up with. Starting with the roofs & power walls, I then moved over to the vehicles and inspected the various models & what not. I have test driven the older Model X & Y, with the vertical screens, previously. Signs saying "Take a Test Drive today" kept enticing me, so I bit the bullet & decided to test drive a current year Model X.
The test drive was simple & independent. Mando took the key fob and led me to the parking structure, where the vehicles are kept. He gave me a brief rundown on what to know before the test drive, and soon it was just me & the Model X. The navigation map already had a set trip to follow, but I ventured a little bit off the preset path. Autopilot was disabled, so I couldn't flip it on for a bit. While driving, I moderately punched the accelerator on the straightaways, practiced parking & utilized various functions on the screen. With classic rock pumped through the premium speakers as my soundtrack, I ventured back to The Del Amo Fashion Center & returned the key fob to Mando.

I called day after day to try to get it resolved before I was due to pick up my car in Kansas City. Although he kept promising to fix the invoice it never happened. Finally when it was less than 24 hours of pick up time and I was literally at the airport flying to Kansas City, I reach someone in Kansas City who also could not get it resolved. So I ended up canceling my order.
I also paid for down payment on solar for my house, which still hasn’t happened. I’ve tried to reach out to the same smarmy sales person who said he would call back and did not. and I’ve tried to reach out online to Tesla because I couldn’t find any phone numbers.
