I have to tell you, I've read these other reviews and can't imagine this is the same store. I have been to this location twice to make purchases for loved ones and have found the service and the staff to always be amazing. This weekend I went in to buy two specific items this and called ahead of time to make sure they had them before making the 45 minute trip. I spoke to Debbie who happens to be the Assistant Manager and she advised me that both items were in stock and that she would put them aside since I was on my way. This happened to be an hour before they were closing at 7pm and of course I hit traffic, was delayed and stressed about not making it on time. I called back and spoke to Debbie who put me at ease by immediately telling me not top worry she would wait. I got there at 7pm on the button when all the other stores were closing there doors and not only was everyone of the staff smiling and pleasant, several came up and offered me water while I was waiting for a few moments to be helped while debbie was with someone. Debbie pulled the items right out, put them in the ipad to check out and then notified me that i could basically get another item at a huge discount if I purchased and reached a specific dollar amount. I told her i felt bad keeping her there after they had closed, but she said don't worry take your time and pick out something else you want. I picked out a perfect charm for that special somebody and when she checked me out it was almost like getting the item for free! After I paid, she took some more time to explain some other promotions to me that would be available for future purposes. I cant begin to rant about how easy and pleasant my experiences have been with this location and the staff and I will continue to be a customer....
Read moreI went with my husband because a few days ago I wanted a Pandora bracelets, (I had never been in a store like this) we went in, I saw what he wanted and my husband spoke with the employee and she said to give her a minute, then two ladies came to the store after us and they quickly attended to her, my husband "perhaps she was in front of us and for X reason she left and came back" she looked for a reason because she knew that my desire was to buy, again I spoke again with the other girl and she returned to me say to wait, and another woman arrived and quickly attended to her, my husband motioned for me to leave, I felt bad and disappointed, I waited about 20 minutes and they preferred to attend to those who arrived after me, I consider this racism for being Hispanic because I don't see any other logic to what they did to us, I don't know how a "prestige" store has employees like the ones they currently serve, I'll give you some advice so that you go to that store {dress well and show that you have a lot of money to be attended to instantly} and I don't want you to tell me "call this number to fix this" because I won't, I did enough to go 20 minutes from my house and they never attended me, as if I wanted...
Read moreOrdered online for pickup at the West Nyack location because 1 of the charms I wanted wasn't available to ship. Came to pick up the order around 7pm on a busy Sat night during the holiday season. There was a wait of 15-20 mins & an associate taking names on a tablet for a waitlist. I put my name on the list & told the associate I was going to the food court & would be back. (there's nowhere to wait outside this store, people are just standing around. I have my husband & 3yo accompanying me & I'm 7 mos pregnant) Admittedly it was more than 20 mins by the time I got back (toddler, bathroom, busy food court, slow moving pregnant lady) & was told my name was removed from the list & would have to be added back & an additional 20 mins I'd have to wait. I fully understand the store was busy but this is absurd. There has to be a better way. My order was PAID FOR sitting in a back room somewhere & there's no associate that's managing orders that were already placed & ready to go? I'm very frustrated. I'm not going back to the store & maybe I'm petty, but I'm cancelling my $150 order. It shouldn't be this hard to do an online pickup. I hope this store institutes new policies for...
