Went here looking for a costume for my baby girl, did get one at a ridiculous over priced amount but is what it is. The one employee was polite but a bit overbearing over checking in on us, okay whatever. My biggest complaint though was the person at the register, now while seemingly polite (fake sounding) would not get the hint.. Asked once if we wanted to donate to whatever charity it was, my husband politely said no (as we were spending enough on the costume and we don't have much money because of having the baby and other expenses) then the person said 'okay, so we will round up on the change'.. Did not even ask just proceeded to do so. Because I don't like to be confrontational I let it slide but still do not appreciate being chario shamed. However, as I went in today to return a few items of the many that I purchased for $200 (I just bought yesterday) the young lady who assisted me got nasty and proceeded to continue once I got stern with her in return. And she kept antagonizing me to continue the dialogue. I told her she should just stop talking. Further, even before this exchange, she demonstrated blatant unprofessionalism. She was talking to her coworkers out loud about following people in the store because teenagers steal. As a customer, I believe that conversation could be held in a more private setting.
