My wife (at the time fiancé) had been looking at Brilliant Earth rings for 2 years and was fascinated with the concept of designing her dream ring. I knew I had to make that happen for her and little did I know this appointment would be beyond our expectation. We arrived at Brilliant Earth, the staff was super friendly and checked us in. We looked around and seconds later we were greeted by Megan. We were taken into this private showroom where she would set up our picks that my wife chose when setting up the appointment. We browsed around at the showcase and got a very good visual and exceptional information of styles, sizes, colors, settings and diamond cuts. We then sat down and Megan asked my fiancé questions regarding her preferences and what she liked and didn’t like, what she envisioned and wanted her ring to look like. Megan brought everything to life, she gathered different diamonds and rings that had features my wife was looking for. That’s when the ring designing started, it was such a beautiful experience for my wife. Seeing her choose every single detail and make her vision come to life was priceless. Megan was such a big part of this moment for us and I couldn’t thank her enough. She made this experience so comfortable and not overwhelming. She was extremely attentive, professional and so easy to talk to, felt like we had known Megan for years. She made sure everything was exactly how my wife wanted, my wife designed every part of her ring and was over the moon; my wife could not stop smiling. We honestly had only gone for my wife’s engagement ring once she was done designing her engagement ring we had such an amazing experience we decided we would get our wedding bands at Brilliant Earth as well. We expressed to Megan that we wanted to look at wedding bands and wanted her to show us different styles, since she got a feel for what we said we liked and didn’t like. Megan was super excited to help us with our bands as she was with the engagement ring. She gathered wedding bands for us to try on. At first we wanted to get matching bands however my wife’s engagement ring was so beautiful it did not go well with my preference of rings. My wife wanted a dainty simple band, however when trying a similar engagement ring on with a dainty band it did not look aesthetically pleasing. Megan had set up a display of wedding bands for myself and my wife based on our likes and her favorite/choice. When we tried on the bands we had envisioned for us we did not like how they looked. The rings were beautiful but we didn’t like how they looked on us. Everything looks different on and thankfully we were trying rings on and didn’t just buy things online because we would’ve regretted it. We left what I now know the best for last, Megan’s favorite/choices for both of us. We looked at them and at first were hesitant because for my wife and I we would’ve never chosen these rings/bands but when we tried them on, we were stunned and were left speechless. We fell in love with our wedding bands the second we tried them on. My ring fit perfectly with my engagement ring and I loved everything about it. My wife’s engagement ring couldn’t have fit more perfectly with her band, she was in love as well. When I tell you the rings Megan chose for us to try that were her personal favs were picked perfectly, they honestly were. She amazed us with her patience, her attention to detail, her understanding of what we wanted & the suggestions we asked her for. Megan went above & beyond our expectations from beginning to end! She even checked in with us on our ring tracking. Upon receiving our rings we were left speechless! They were beyond absolutely perfect!! My wife and I still talk about this experience with everyone when we are asked about our rings we seriously rave about Brilliant Earth but we emphasize they need to go see Megan !!!! Only two stars because designs are beautiful and that’s where the quality of this store ends. My experience from my perspective: I walked in and a sales associate informed me that it’s by appointment only but she was kind enough to show me all the options. She said she’d email me, which she did. She emailed me a boilerplate email that had (place your phone number here) in the body of the email. She clearly did not enter a telephone number where I can reach her. Nonetheless, I replied to the email as it said I could do. I added a link to the stone I was specifically interested in. I looked forward to hearing from her but I never did. I tried calling her twice but it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in the show room. One of the answering people said that she would have said sales associate call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. I did not get a reply email or call back. I called again. This time the answering representative suggested I purchase the item online which I told him I find that response disappointing. In reality, I found that response telling which is typical of newer companies - your standards for customer service is low. If I wanted to purchase it online then I would’ve and I could've avoided the phone calls and attempts altogether. I had a much better experience at Jared’s but they didn’t quite have this particular stone I was looking for like brilliant earth did. And quite honestly, the quality of customer service is a deciding factor for me. So as much as I think they have beautiful designs, it’s not worth me giving them my business. The sales associate was very nice but it really shouldn’t be this difficult to get ahold of her and/or to do business. Also, the warranties they sell sounded awful...

My girlfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring and Brilliant Earth popped on our radar. We were in the mall shopping around on 4/27/24 and realized they had a store here. Upon entering, the first free customer service lady greeted us and we informed her that we were looking for an engagement ring. She quickly went to her co-worker next to her to inform her that we were looking for a ring and she had a face of disgust. We were then promptly ignored in which we decided to still look at the rings through the display cases. We found the ring we were really interested in and was ready to put down a deposit the same day if it was within budget. We waited 15 minutes before a gentleman, assumingly came out of lunch, greeted us and asked if anyone was helping us. When we stated no, he was confused as to why but proceeded to help us. He answered all of our questions and the ring my girlfriend wanted from Brilliant Earth was well within budget. My girlfriend informed me of her displeasure of having to wait 15 minutes to speak to someone despite there being employees available. However, that's not the end of the issue. There was a family who entered around the same time of us, who were dressed more upscale, per say, when compared to my girlfriend and I and both women who ignored my girlfriend and I gave them the utmost attention, which we noticed as we were waiting. We went from being happy to get a ring in store from Brilliant Earth to never wanting to step foot in this store again. Maybe another location, but not this one.
