Overall I’d say this is great location for a kids birthday party, as long as you’re aware of a few things going in.
The good:
-The kids all loved the unlimited arcade time for 60 minutes. There’s a wide variety of different games and all the kids had fun running around and finding different experiences.
-The kids also loved the 25 claw machine plays that came with the birthday package, and every kid left with more than one prize. There are a lot of different machines with different prizes, every kid found something they liked. They also have the option to turn in stuffed toys for extra tickets.
-Each kid got to play until they won a prize at the claw machine in the birthday room. I didn’t see this listed on the package when we bought it, and it was a welcome surprise.
-The pizza was great, kids and parents both loved it. I need to find out where they got this pizza.
Issues to be aware of:
-The mall is busy (or at least was the day we went) and the location is somewhat hard to find. More than one kid arrived late due to having a hard time finding the location. I’d recommend putting the party time at least 15 minutes early on your invites so no kids miss out on any arcade time.
-You need to be prepared to run the party yourself. They’ll make announcements on the speaker, but the location is loud. I spent a lot of time searching for all the kids to get them back into the party room for the next event. If you want to do things like group pictures, singing happy birthday, etc. you need to push to do that on your own, the staff doesn’t do it for you.
-Make sure you get everything included in your package. Our package included the unlimited arcade time, free claw machine plays, and 300 prize tickets for each kid. We didn’t realize until after the party ended that no one received the 300 prize tickets.
-Parties are stacked up, and when your time slot is up you need to be out of the room quickly. It’s easy to lose track of time as the kids are having fun winning prizes. When your time is up, it’s up. The end time is the time you need to be out of the room, not when the party ends. Plan accordingly so you have time to get all your stuff out.
In summary it’s a great location for a party. Every who attended loved it, and the kids all loved leaving with their prizes. If you go in being aware of the few issues I listed and planning ahead for them things should go more smoothly for you. There weren’t major issues for me, just things I wish I’d been more aware of...
Read moreI was very excited when I saw this place opening, and anxiously awaited its opening before it did in September. My fiance and I went on the first week they were open, and have been there a few times since. It's absolutely one of the most fun experiences you can have.
In order to enjoy this place, you have to understand how it works. There are multiple claw machines of different types of prizes, ranging from really cool licensed stuff to less recognizable generic plush. The generic plush are mostly there to win and trade in for their value (usually 250 tickets) at the redemption counter. Licensed prizes (Squishmallows, Characters, etc) are 450 in most cases, and while the machines are clearly pay-rated (what claw machines aren't?) they aren't overly pay-rated and infinitely fair and you can actually win something when you visit. Added to the fact that you can win enough to hit the redemption counter with full pockets, and that makes the play time even more fun. People writing reviews saying some of the plush are generic and not overly exciting probably just don't get what a true claw machine arcade setup is, and while you can win better prizes in other machines at other places, you have a much lower win rate at those places overall (I won't name the competition in the area but I've been to all of them and none of them pay out as well as the machines here do).
I have no complaints whatsoever about this place and enjoy my visit every time. Aside from the claws, they have a nice selection of games you can play with your friends (Nerf, Space Invaders, and a few others) and even have the Funko version of Over the Edge which, while available, is a RARE sight in the United States. I'm here for it!
The redemption counter is well-stocked and fair, and even the prices on birthday parties are reasonable for what you get. I hope everything with this place stays the way it is today because right now, it's my favorite place to go for claws and I'd highly recommend you have a shot if you're...
Read moreI booked a birthday party here for my 10 year old on a Thursday afternoon. Packages include arcade time and claws. The food and drinks included in package was plentiful and delicious. Arcade games: a sizable arcade with a great variety of games! Claw machines: lots of variety of stuffies, big, small, girls and boys. Machines also were not hard to win stuffies, most kids went home with quite a few!
Now onto service: There was a hiccup from the party. Once the manager Jason and assistant manager Grace was made aware, I have to say the way they handled the situation truly impressed me. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, they responded quickly, listened carefully, and took full accountability. They made it clear that customer care is a top priority. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they went above and beyond to make things right—showing genuine care for our experience and ensuring the kids still had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate the follow-up and personal touch. We will absolutely be back and recommend them to other families. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters....
