PINK — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Some of the workers were nice and helpful but others, not so much. The workers out on the floor are amazing and the store is well maintained in comparison to other PINK stores I've been to. However, the people they have working the registers are a hot mess. Was told that they would hold my clothing items for me while I figured out why my payment was being declined. Takes me 5 minutes so I come back and the man tells me that they already put the clothes back out in the store (WTF!). Don't make promises to customers that you cannot keep. Very unprofessional. Also, one of the other workers on the register answered one of my questions with "I don't know". I understand you do not have all the answers but I have a job too and when I don't know, I ask someone else or my manager. Last night was the first time I’ve had a bad experience at pink. The young lady with the short blonde locks was disrespectful and the other young lady at the cash register who look like a deer caught in head lights when I asked can they adjust my price to the one one sale. Basically I purchase a coat for sale last week for $71. It’s now on sale for $57. The blonde locks girl so no I would have to do a refund and repurchase, however that wasn’t the issue, it was the way she said it and shook her head like I was a thief with no receipt. I told them thank you but I’ll go to my same pink store at Tanger outlet which is the store that put me on about the price adjustment. I will never come to this pink store. I was welcomed and acknowledged by every employee who saw me alone, it was a great experience. My girl Pam helped me out by getting me measured , it was then I realized my whole life was a lie! I knew I was wearing the wrong size bra but I didn't think it was that far of a jump. Pam was very helpful and she took in consideration of me wearing hijab and asked if I would feel comfortable being measured in the fitting room. She gave me options and made me feel confident in my decisions and stuck with me until I was set and on the check out line. Officially my...
