Bought my watch via the Tag Heuer Boutique in Roosevelt field mall with Adia originally for my first Tag (Carrera Day Date) and it was a luxurious experience. I felt catered and always was offered refreshments when I'd visit. Recently found a piece of debris on the dial. Brought it back to have it serviced. I let them know I needed it back in time for my wedding, but they informed me that it could take 16 weeks. I was thrilled to hear it had return from service after just 2 months. When I returned, Javier took care of me with an expresso while I took delivery of my properly serviced watch. With her assistance, she was able to special order a one of a kind time piece direct from Tag Heuer. Once the time piece came in, it looked spectacular! I was looking to purchase a luxury watch for my wife's 50th and was immediately greeted with kindness and professionalism from the start. I was shown various models by Ramone and selected one that I thought would be perfect for my wife.
