IN salon — Local services in Town of Hempstead

The second I walked into In Salon, the staff was so rude and insulting to me. I was a first time customer. They complained about my hair, it was too thick. I had combed it out. They wouldn't let me do it, kept being so mean about my hair. Then they said I needed eye brown threading and coloring. Couldn't stop selling me things from Botox to fillers to facials to nails. I said I came in for roots and a trim. I didn't even get the colorist to do my.hair. Some older lady at the front worked on me. I showed several pictures of me for color. I told her I wanted golden brown. I saw the color of my wet hair was red. I knew that wouldn't match my ruddy skin tone. When I showed pics from three months ago they didn't believe me. just kept saying I needed the drs that were coming for botox and fillers or lipo. I was there forever. My hair came out brassy red. horrible. exactly what I didn't want. I hated the color. they refused to fix it. Just wanted me to come back and spend $250 for highlights on top. I never went to a salon where they wouldn't even attempt or try to fix the color if I was unhappy. I suggested a glaze. they refused to do anything to change my horrible hair color. They cut about 6 inches off the length. I said they could cut 2. My hair is curly and it shrinks up so the bangs are too short too. they didn't even spray it. was pouring rain., When I paid they tried to charge me another $100 at the register. they wanted cash. I gave $75 cash and $100 for cut refusing to pay the other $100 since I never got full color. Just roots. I left so unhappy, stressed and upset. On the way home in the rain it was so dark out. It was about 8 and I got to the mall at 4 PM. I got into an accident with an Amazon truck Wrecked my car. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Worse day ever at in salon

The response proves how nasty they were instead of apologizing they continue to insult me in their response. They have no sensitivity to how a person feels. How people are supposed to feel good when getting their hair done not insulted, put down and criticized. Again they NEVER offered to fix it. Any real colorist how to make golden brown instead of brassy red. I had better results from the drugstore bottle it came out brown., They are just mean girls did not even react that I was so upset I got into an accident on the way home. It infuriates me how cruel people are when they just want more and more money for nothing. They should be nice to a first time customer. They did not do full color. They did not do a glaze as I asked or even add spray or do a condition. I wouldn't possibly go for Botox or fillers and get a $1500 bill and lipo in their salon probably leave me bleeding...
