❌I go to this location to buy 3 containers of peanuts and dates every week and EVERYTIME im there, the girl with the big black glasses ALWAYS has a disgusting attitude. Last week on saturday the 9th, I went in to buy my usual peanuts. I see the same girl with the black frame glasses. Again, greeted poorly. I dont even expect anything because I know its hard to work and stand for hours but I just had enough with the blatant disrespect with the girl with the black frame glasses. No hello, doesn’t say a single word, just pure attitude and today i just had ENOUGH of it. I did my usual and said hello, put my stuff on the table, and said I had an account. She just looks and stares. Doesnt even say i should insert or tap my card. Just stares. When I ask if she needs my number she just goes “mhm”. Like huh? Why do I need to ask if you need my number? You should be asking for it if i say i have an account??? Just pure laziness and disrespect. You are representing this store. Like what is that attitude?? PLEASE tell this girl to fix her attitude and tone with the customers. AND she didnt even ask if i wanted a receipt and CRUMBLED IT INFRONT OF ME. LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO ASK IF I WANT MY RECEIPT. I had some family came from Canada and they had wanted to try the viral Dubai strawberry cup we was at the mall happen when we get there Nut Factory was already closed we were six of us. Everybody was upset because they had really wanted to try that viral Dubai cup. We went to the gate. a Girl came to the gate and said we close which we saw that it was 8:04 around that time and then a next girl walk up to the gate and ask if she can help and I explained to her and said we came from Canada and we never try the strawberry cup and we really wanted to try it she said OK but she only had 4 cup and we were six of us she offered to go and cut two more cup if we give her time she opened back that gate and gave us that for cup and we tell her no do not go and cut. She was so generous to do that for us. I think she is the supervisor. Not so sure if we remember her name, right? Shenseea. She looks so tired, but she still had a smile in her face. She opened that gate and make us finally get the try that viral Dubai strawberry cup. It was amazing. We love it. We had wanted to give her a tip. But we only had card at the moment. We felt so bad because she out and beyond to make us happy that night we will Love 💕 to get her contact to send her something people like that we all need in business she was...

Went on July 1st at 12 with my friends to try the viral Dubai strawberry chocolate cup and got met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl working there must’ve left all her manners at home. No “hi,” no smile, no nothing — just walked up with attitude asking if we had paid, like we were bothering her by breathing. It was our first time there, so obviously we didn’t know how it worked. Instead of explaining it like a normal person, she hit us with straight hostility and told us to go pay like we ruined her entire existence.

We go to pay, ask for the receipt, and she snatches it out of my hand — then shoves the order at me, rolls her eyes, and turns her head like we disgusted her. Girl, if you hate your job that much, guess what? The mall has over 50 stores — pick one and stop projecting your miserable energy on customers who did nothing to you. It was only noon 2 hours of the store opening— don’t act like your day was already wrecked unless you wrecked it yourself.

Do yourself a favor: skip this place unless you’re into being disrespected for no reason. Not worth the hype, not worth the attitude, and definitely not worth giving your money to someone who can’t even fake...
