I had purchased the ellewoods perfume after trying the tester in store. The one sold to me has no scent except straight alcohol so i contacted customer service who sent me an email telling me to return it to the store i bought it at. Right off the bat, the two associates at the register were so rude in their body language and tone. They told me absolutely not since the box was opened. I showed them the email from customer service and they said they didnt care and were denying me the return. The fitting rooms are oddly located and spread out which makes traffic flow difficult through that part. There's no set location to line up for a room either so it gets confusing. The registers are also in an odd location, opposite the fitting rooms, so the entire middle section of the store can be a nightmare...
