Maybe it’s because there are young ladies in the store but many are just purely incompetent. I love the clothes here, not so much the people working. Not to mention last week, an employee was having a full on conversation with someone over the phone and i had to wait behind her and ask for help.
Today, this store lost me as a customer.
As a returning customer, it did not feel good when everyone was greeted upon walking in except for me. It did not feel good when I was entering my rewards and the cashier stared at me for at least 5 seconds after “it’s not coming up”. You know, i understand that nothing coming up in the system is not her fault but her looking at me for a solution was mind boggling. Not to mention I had to ask her what to do and she said “So have you spent $500 in the store yet or no” implying that I needed to spend at least that much to even get points.
I then asked her if that’s the only way I get into the rewards program and she said no, you get one point for every dollar you spend in store. Right, so you see the importance in me saving the points. I’m beyond baffled at this incompetent and unwillingness to help when their purpose is to assist with inquiries like mine.
I left the store feeling more stupid than ever. I don’t think I will come back. I will just shop at a different location...

I wasn’t greeted even though they have a bell that rings once you enter the store. 2 minutes later a white woman enters and she is greeted before the door even closes behind her. I continued to shop as I heard the young, white associate greet and ask each customer if they needed help. She overlooked me as if I was there. I normally don’t shop in places that I feel are racist but I was last minute shopping for a vacation and I really needed a few pieces after checking all the stores I like. It was my first time at this store and I ended up purchasing the items. I asked the associate about the return policy because I didn’t have time to try on the clothing with my son there. She explained the policy as if it was hurting her to speak to me. I said okay and walked out. Two of the 4 items I have don’t fit so I will have to return to this store. I’m not looking forward to more prejudicial treatment but I have to exchange the pieces for items I actually like. After that I will not be returning or supporting such a prejudice clothing store. Read moreI just wanted to tell you that the staff in the Westbury, NY store is the most FABULOUS ever! Besides all the young women being beautiful inside and out, they are kind, fun, helpful and personable. My 14 year old daughter left her Louis Vuitton bag in the dressing room with no I.D. over $100 and a few gift cards. My daughter could not remember where she left her bag. When I called and asked if my daughter's bag might be there they (Jordan) was so happy she said that we called. In a million years I did not realize how much money my daughter was carrying around and in a million years I did not think that the contents of her bag would still be there. This Louis Vuitton bag is over $500 itself. The day we visited this store Jordan and the rest of the staff that were working had to put up with two obnoxious, drunk woman. I was so impressed regarding how professional they were. I have had many retail and fast food businesses and I am telling you that these young ladies are an asset to any business. Please hold on to them. They are FABULOUS!!!!
