I had happened to be in this area because I had met up with friends earlier and I am a huge Homegoods fan so decided to stop by.

This place is located in one of those big outdoor shopping mall plazas. I stopped by on a mid October Sunday afternoon around 3pm and it was PACKED. It was very difficult to find parking also since there were a bunch of other stores in the mall that shared the same lot.

Once inside, although there was a lot of items, everything was very chaotic looking. Nothing was organized in each section and stacked haphazardly on top of each other. It's organized in the sense that everything in a specific category was together (ie, pillows, pet items, pots/pans, food, picture frames, candles, etc). I was there maybe 30-45 minutes and heard items shattering on the floor twice. Some aisles you can't even get a shopping cart through. I felt in this location, they don't have too many of each particular item so if you find something you like or are hesitant about, I'd say just purchase it because you probably will not find it again. Prices overall are reasonable if not very good for what you're getting.

I had found 2 items I wanted but when I was ready to go on line to check out, I realized the line went almost all the way to the back of the store! Needless to say, I wasn't waiting in that line for 2 items and just left.

In conclusion, if you have the time and patience to look through all the items (they do have a lot of good items) and then wait in a long line (especially on a weekend), then this Homegoods location is the...

This place is incredibly disorganized and there are several broken items on shelves still marked as being sold for full price. Went to store to redeem a 10% off coupon for having opened a credit card with the store only to have the associate ALONDRA give me a nasty attitude, no even saying hello when I approached her. Then, when I told her I wanted to use the coupon, she looked at it, then took my payment information since I hadn't receive a physical credit card yet. She told me the total and printed the receipt, to which I responded by telling her the total was the same as before I told her I wanted to use my 10% off. She said she "scanned" it, which she clearly did not since I was watching her the whole time. Then she gives me attitude after she handed me back the 10% coupon, to which I asked her WHY I would need if if she "scanned" it already. She passively said "oh", asked another bored representative who told her they had to keep it. I showed her the receipt to let her know that no discount was made on my purchase, to which she shrugged and pointed me to the exit. HOME GOODS NEEDS TO GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER AND STOP HIRING LAZY, BORED PEOPLE TO WORK AT THEIR JOBS AND GET PISSED OFF AND DIFFICILT WHEN SOMEONE ASKS THEM A QUESTION. WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE AISLES AND CASHIERS. That girl ALONDRA needs to be...

Large store. Poorly merchandised. Items strewn all over the place. It’s Christmas time but that is no excuse. Have enough help on the floor. I feel it is poorly managed. Dangerous spill in one aisle, and two employees stood there chatting, walked away, and no one cleaned up. Approximately 12 registers but only five cashiers. With three extra employees standing behind the counter talking to one another. Stuff like this makes my head hurt.
